He also serves as the associate editor of China Economic Review, the deputy general sectary of Global Chinese Real Estate Congress (GCREC), the deputy general sectary of China Association of Real Estate Academicians (CAREA), and on the board of Asian Real Estate Society (AsRES). He holds a Ph.D. degree in Management Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University. Before joining Tsinghua as a faculty member, he was a senior research fellow in National University of Singapore.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u5411\u4e0e\u793e\u4f1a\u8d21\u732e\u00a0 \uff08<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Research direction and social contribution\uff09<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u5434\u749f\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4e3b\u8981\u805a\u7126\u4e8e\u4e2d\u56fd\u57ce\u5e02\u4f4f\u623f\u548c\u571f\u5730\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u91cd\u70b9\u5305\u62ec\u4f4f\u623f\/\u571f\u5730\u4ef7\u683c\u6307\u6570\u7f16\u5236\u3001\u4f4f\u623f\/\u571f\u5730\u4ef7\u683c\u6ce2\u52a8\u89c4\u5f8b\u548c\u98ce\u9669\u8bc4\u4f30\u3001\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u4f4f\u623f\u5e02\u573a\u5e72\u9884\u884c\u4e3a\u3001\u7eff\u8272\u5efa\u7b51\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5206\u6790\u7b49\u3002\u4ed6\u5148\u540e\u5728\u300aJournal of Urban Economics\u300b\u300aReview of Finance\u300b\u300aJournal of Environmental Economics\u300b\u548c\u300a\u7ecf\u6d4e\u7814\u7a76\u300b\u300a\u91d1\u878d\u7814\u7a76\u300b\u300a\u7edf\u8ba1\u7814\u7a76\u300b\u7b49\u56fd\u5185\u5916\u5b66\u672f\u671f\u520a\u53d1\u8868\u6570\u5341\u7bc7\u8bba\u6587\u3002\u5434\u749f\u5e26\u9886\u7684\u56e2\u961f\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\u5148\u540e\u7f16\u5236\u4e86\u201c\u57ce\u623f\u6307\u6570\u201d\uff08\u5305\u542b90\u4e2a\u4e3b\u8981\u57ce\u5e02\u65b0\u5efa\u5546\u54c1\u4f4f\u623f\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u6708\u5ea6\u540c\u8d28\u6027\u4ef7\u683c\u6307\u6570\uff09\u3001\u201c\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e3b\u8981\u57ce\u5e02\u5c45\u4f4f\u7528\u5730\u4ef7\u683c\u6307\u6570\u201d\uff08\u5305\u542b35\u4e2a\u5927\u4e2d\u57ce\u5e02\u5c45\u4f4f\u7528\u5730\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u5b63\u5ea6\u540c\u8d28\u6027\u4ef7\u683c\u6307\u6570\uff09\u3001\u201c\u4e2d\u56fd\u57ce\u5e02\u4e8c\u624b\u623f\u6307\u6570\u201d\uff08\u8986\u76d6337\u4e2a\u5730\u7ea7\u4ee5\u4e0a\u57ce\u5e02\u4e8c\u624b\u4f4f\u623f\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u5468\u5ea6\u540c\u8d28\u6027\u4ef7\u683c\u6307\u6570\uff09\u7b49\u5168\u56fd\u6027\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u4ef7\u683c\u6307\u6807\uff0c\u5e76\u4fdd\u6301\u5b9a\u671f\u66f4\u65b0\u548c\u516c\u5f00\u53d1\u5e03\u3002\u5434\u749f\u4e8e2017\u5e74\u5165\u9009\u6559\u80b2\u90e8\u201c\u957f\u6c5f\u5b66\u8005\u5956\u52b1\u8ba1\u5212\u201d\u9752\u5e74\u5b66\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Wu\u2019s research mainly focuses on Chinese housing market, especially the housing and land price issues. Some of his recent research topics include price index compiling, price dynamics, government behaviours in housing market, and green housing. He has published over 20 academic papers on international journals, including Journal of Urban Economics, Review of Finance, Journal of Environmental Economics and Management, Urban Studies, Regional Science and Urban Economics, and European Economic Review, as well as over 50 papers on academic journals in Chinese. The team led by Dr. Wu has been calculating and updating the first constant-quality price index for newly-built housing units in 40 major Chinese cities since 2007 (expanded to 90 cities in 2009), the first (and so far the only) constant-quality price index for residential land parcels in 35 major Chinese cities since 2012, and the first national-level constant quality price index for housing resales in 337 Chinese cities since 2015. All these three indexes have been widely cited and reported globally.
