She earned her Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Science from the department of Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning at Texas A&amp;M University (TAMU). She taught courses such as Digital Communication, Landscape Design Studio, and Landscape Construction during her Ph.D, and worked as the coordinator of Microclimatic Landscape Design Lab at TAMU since 2016.<\/p>\n<p>\u7a0b\u6e29\u6e29\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u5411\u5305\u62ec\u591a\u5c3a\u5ea6\u57ce\u5e02\u666f\u89c2\u751f\u6001\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u70ed\u8212\u9002\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u8de8\u8d8a\u666f\u89c2\u751f\u6001\u548c\u516c\u5171\u5065\u5eb7\u9886\u57df\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a1\uff09\u4eba\u4f53\u5c3a\u5ea6\uff1a\u6a21\u62df\u53ca\u9a8c\u8bc1\u4eba\u4f53\u80fd\u91cf\u5e73\u8861\u6a21\u578b\u548c\u4eba\u4f53\u7d2b\u5916\u7ebf\u5438\u6536\u6a21\u578b\uff1b2\uff09\u573a\u5730\u5c3a\u5ea6\uff1a\u513f\u7ae5\u6e38\u4e50\u573a\u5730\u666f\u89c2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0e\u513f\u7ae5\u70ed\u8212\u9002\uff1b3\uff09\u793e\u533a\u5c3a\u5ea6\uff1a\u793e\u533a\u70ed\u666f\u89c2\u4e0e\u5f31\u52bf\u7fa4\u4f53\u5c45\u6c11\u70ed\u8212\u9002\uff1b4\uff09\u57ce\u5e02\/\u533a\u57df\u5c3a\u5ea6\uff1a\u751f\u6001\u666f\u89c2\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u70ed\u5c9b\u6548\u5e94\u3002\u5979\u8fd0\u7528\u591a\u5b66\u79d1\u9886\u57df\u591a\u7a7a\u95f4\u5c3a\u5ea6\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u6cd5\u6765\u5b9e\u73b0\u7814\u7a76\u8bfe\u9898\uff0c\u5982\u9065\u611f\u79d1\u5b66\uff0c\u7a7a\u95f4\u6a21\u62df\uff0c\u5b9e\u5730\u6d4b\u91cf\uff0c\u4eba\u4f53\u6a21\u578b\u7b49\u3002\u7a0b\u6e29\u6e29\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u6587\u7ae0\u53d1\u8868\u4e8eInternational Journal of Biometeorology\uff0c\u5f00\u53d1\u4e86\u7b2c\u4e00\u4e2a\u513f\u7ae5\u80fd\u91cf\u5e73\u8861\u7684\u70ed\u8212\u9002\u6a21\u578b\u3002\u5176\u4ed6\u6587\u7ae0\u53d1\u8868\u4e8e International journal of environmental research and public health, \u98ce\u666f\u56ed\u6797\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Wenwen Cheng\u2019s research area focuses on the relationship between urban landscape ecology and urban thermal comfort in multi-scales, covers areas of landscape ecology and public health. Her research topics include: 1)human scale: modification and validation of human thermal indices and human UVR exposure models; 2)site scale: children playground design and children\u2019s outdoor thermal comfort; 3) neighborhood scale: neighborhood landscape design and heat vulnerable residents\u2019 thermal comfort; 4) city\/regional scale: urban heat island and landscape ecology. She uses interdisciplinary and multi-scale\u2019s technologies such as remote sensing, special heat modelling, field measurement and human energy budget model. Her most recent publication developed the first children\u2019s energy budget model publishing in the International Journal of Biometeorology.
