She has become a faculty member of School of International and Public Affairs in Shanghai Jiao Tong University since 2017. She is also a researcher in China Institute for Urban Governance in Shanghai Jiao Tong University.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u5411\u4e0e\u793e\u4f1a\u8d21\u732e\u00a0 \uff08<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Research direction and social contribution\uff09<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u4e3b\u8981\u7814\u7a76\u9886\u57df\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u57ce\u5e02\u4e0e\u793e\u533a\u6cbb\u7406\u3001\u4f4f\u623f\u53d1\u5c55\u3001\u57ce\u5e02\u66f4\u65b0\u7b49\u3002\u4e3b\u6301\u4e0a\u6d77\u5e02\u54f2\u5b66\u793e\u4f1a\u79d1\u5b66\u3001\u4e0a\u6d77\u5e02\u6d66\u6c5f\u4eba\u624d\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u5317\u5927\u2013\u6797\u80af\u4e2d\u5fc3\u57ce\u5e02\u53d1\u5c55\u4e0e\u571f\u5730\u653f\u7b56\u7b49\u7814\u7a76\u57fa\u91d1\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u5728\u300aUrban Studies\u300b\u300aGeoforum\u300b\u300aUrban Geography\u300b\u300aUrban Policy and Research\u300b\u7b49\u5b66\u672f\u671f\u520a\u53d1\u8868\uff0c\u51fa\u7248\u4e13\u8457\u300a\u4e2d\u56fd\u95e8\u7981\u793e\u533a\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u4e0e\u6cbb\u7406\u300b\u3002\u8fd1\u671f\u7814\u7a76\u5305\u62ec\u5c01\u95ed\u5f0f\u793e\u533a\u6cbb\u7406\u3001\u591a\u5143\u4e3b\u4f53\u793e\u533a\u6cbb\u7406\u3001\u4f4f\u623f\u91d1\u878d\u5316\u53d1\u5c55\u3001\u4f4f\u623f\u7a7a\u95f4\u7ed3\u6784\u6f14\u53d8\u7b49\u3002\u8d1f\u8d23\u300a\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u539f\u7406\u300b\u300a\u57ce\u5e02\u6587\u660e\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u4e0e\u672a\u6765\u300b\u300a\u5927\u578b\u57ce\u5e02\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u6bd4\u8f83\u300b\u7b49\u4e13\u4e1a\u8bfe\u7a0b\u3002\u6307\u5bfc\u5b66\u751f\u53c2\u4e0e\u5927\u5b66\u751f\u57ce\u5e02\u6cbb\u7406\u6848\u4f8b\u6311\u6218\u8d5b\u83b7\u5f97\u5168\u56fd\u51a0\u519b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Her research interests include urban and neighbourhood governance, housing development, and urban regeneration. She has been a principal investigator of a few research grants, including Shanghai Philosophy and Social Science Research Fund, Shanghai Pujiang Programme, and Peking University\u2013Lincoln Institute Center Research Fund. Her work has been published in Urban Studies, Geoforum, Urban Geography and Urban Policy and Research. She has a published monograph on The Development and Governance of Gated Communities in China (in Chinese). Her recent research projects include governance of gated communities, participation in neighbourhood governance, fiancialisation of rental housing, spatial structural change of housing. She is the course instructor of Principles of Urban Planning, Urban History and Future, and Mega-Urban Projects and Comparisons.
