\u4ef2\u6d69\u5929\u5c06\u4e8e2020\u5e74\u79cb\u5b63\u52a0\u5165\u4e2d\u56fd\u4eba\u6c11\u5927\u5b66\u516c\u5171\u7ba1\u7406\u5b66\u9662\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u4e0e\u7ba1\u7406\u7cfb\u4efb\u52a9\u7406\u6559\u6388\u3002\u6b64\u524d, \u4ed6\u5728\u591a\u4e2a\u77e5\u540d\u7814\u7a76\u673a\u6784\u4ece\u4e8b\u8fc7\u57ce\u5e02\u4ea4\u901a\u7684\u79d1\u7814\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5fb7\u5dde\u4ea4\u901a\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u8054\u90a6\u7edf\u8ba1\u7814\u7a76\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u83b1\u65af\u5927\u5b66Kinder\u57ce\u5e02\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3 \u3002\u4ed6\u4e8e2020\u5e74\u53d6\u5f97\u5fb7\u514b\u8428\u65afA&M\u5927\u5b66\u57ce\u5e02\u4e0e\u533a\u57df\u79d1\u5b66\u535a\u58eb\u5b66\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n

Haotian Zhong will join the Department of Urban Planning and Management at Renmin University of China as an assistant professor in Fall 2020. Before joining Renmin University, Haotian worked for several renowned research institute on urban transportation, including Texas A&M Transportation Institute, Federal Statistical Research Data Center, Kinder Institute at Rice University. He holds a PhD in Urban and Regional Science from Texas A&M University.<\/p>\n

\u4ef2\u6d69\u5929\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5173\u6ce8\u65b0\u5174\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u57ce\u5e02\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u793e\u4f1a\u516c\u5e73\u3002\u4ed6\u7684\u8fd1\u671f\u7814\u7a76\u5305\u62ec\u516c\u4ea4\u5bfc\u5411\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u843d\u540e\u5730\u533a\u7684\u516c\u5171\u4ea4\u901a\u8bbe\u65bd\u6295\u8d44\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u516c\u5171\u4ea4\u901a\u8bbe\u65bd\u5bf9\u5546\u4e1a\u9009\u5740\u51b3\u5b9a\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u4ed6\u7684\u535a\u58eb\u8bba\u6587\u7814\u7a76\u63a2\u7d22\u4e86\u65e0\u4eba\u9a7e\u9a76\u6c7d\u8f66\u5c06\u5982\u4f55\u6539\u53d8\u4eba\u4eec\u7684\u51fa\u884c\u548c\u751f\u6d3b\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e2a\u4eba\u884c\u4e3a\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u5c06\u5982\u4f55\u8fdb\u800c\u5f71\u54cd\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u5f62\u6001\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u7814\u7a76\u53ef\u5e2e\u52a9\u57ce\u5e02\u7ba1\u7406\u8005\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u5e94\u5bf9\u65b0\u5174\u6280\u672f\u7684\u51b2\u51fb\u548c\u66f4\u6709\u9488\u5bf9\u6027\u7684\u5229\u7528\u65b0\u5174\u6280\u672f\u6253\u9020\u516c\u5e73\uff0c\u7eff\u8272\uff0c\u6709\u6d3b\u529b\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u3002\u4ed6\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86Hagler Institute for Advanced Study at Texas A&M University\u7684\u8d44\u52a9\uff0c\u5176\u5bf9\u65b9\u6cd5\u7684\u8d21\u732e\u4e5f\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u56fd\u9645\u533a\u57df\u79d1\u5b66\u5b66\u4f1a\u7684\u624e\u66fc\u65af\u57fa\u535a\u58eb\u8bba\u6587\u5956\u3002\u76f8\u5173\u6210\u679c\u53d1\u8868\u5728\u300aTransport Policy\u300b\u300aJournal of Transport and Land Use\u300b\u300aTransportation Research Part D: Transport and Environment\u300b\u3002<\/p>\n

Haotian\u2019s research examines the intersection of new technologies, urban space, and social justice. Recent work investigates public transportation and property value, transportation finance in lagging regions, and the impact of public transportation on location choices of businesses. His dissertation research examines how autonomous vehicles will affect travel behavior and, in turn, reshape the spatial structure of cities. This research contributes to the endeavor of building sustainable, just, and healthy cities by helping city managers anticipate the spatial and social implications of technological disruptions. His research was supported by the Hagler Institute for Advanced Study at Texas A&M University. It also won the 2019 Czamanski Dissertation Award from the Regional Science Association International (RSAI) for its methodological contribution. Parts of the research have been published in Transport Policy, Journal of Transport and Land Use, and Transportation Research Part D: Transport and Environment.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u4eba\u6c11\u5927\u5b66\uff0c\u4ed6\u5c06\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u7814\u7a76\u65b0\u6280\u672f\u548c\u65b0\u6570\u636e\u5728\u516c\u5171\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u653f\u7b56\u4e2d\u7684\u5e94\u7528\uff0c\u5e76\u5efa\u7acb\u5728\u8de8\u5b66\u79d1\u7684\u7406\u8bba\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\uff0c\u63a2\u5bfb\u5176\u5728\u89e3\u7b54\u57ce\u5e02\u95ee\u9898\u4e0a\u7684\u6f5c\u529b\u548c\u5c40\u9650\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n

At Renmin University, Haotian will examine and address the role of new data in public administration and policy. His efforts in research and teaching will all focus on centering justice and equity in all discussions of the emerging technologies and new data that may reshape our cities and urban life.<\/p>\n

\u4ef2\u6d69\u5929\u662fIACP\u7684\u957f\u671f\u4f1a\u5458\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u79ef\u6781\u53c2\u52a0IACP\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u5b66\u672f\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u5e76\u591a\u6b21\u627f\u62c5\u5fd7\u613f\u8005\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u4ed6\u62c5\u4efbIACP\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a\u7406\u4e8b\u3002<\/p>\n
