He was awarded his PhD from the Bartlett School of Planning, University College London. Moreover, he has worked in academia and industry in an interdisciplinary research field, which is primarily a mixture of transport analysis and urban planning. In addition, he has also worked with public authorities and international funding organisations. He has been selected as the UK Ambassador for the Association of European Transport.<\/p>\n<p>\u6bd5\u4e1a\u4e8e\u82f1\u56fd\u4f26\u6566\u5927\u5b66\u5b66\u9662\uff0c\u5148\u540e\u83b7\uff08\u7406\u5b66\uff09\u7855\u58eb\u548c\uff08\u5de5\u5b66\uff09\u535a\u58eb\u5b66\u4f4d\u3002\u6bd5\u4e1a\u540e\u5165\u804c\u82f1\u56fd\u5a01\u65af\u654f\u65af\u7279\u5927\u5b66\uff0c\u517c\u4efb\u82f1\u56fd\u4f26\u6566\u5927\u5b66\u5b66\u9662\u5ba2\u5ea7\u8bb2\u5e08\u53ca\u7855\u58eb\u751f\u5bfc\u5e08\u3002\u4e3b\u8981\u4ece\u4e8b\u4ea4\u901a\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5e76\u8fdb\u884c\u8de8\u5b66\u79d1\u7406\u8bba\u65b9\u6cd5\u76f8\u4e92\u878d\u5408\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e86\u82f1\u56fd\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u53ca\u4e9a\u6d32\u5f00\u53d1\u94f6\u884c\u7b49\u591a\u9879\u56fd\u9645\u7814\u7a76\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u88ab\u9009\u4e3a\u82f1\u56fd\u9a7b\u6b27\u6d32\u4ea4\u901a\u8fd0\u8f93\u534f\u4f1a\u5927\u4f7f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u5411\u4e0e\u793e\u4f1a\u8d21\u732e\u00a0 \uff08<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Research direction and social contribution\uff09<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Mengqiu\u2019s current research interests include urban and transport planning; travel vulnerability and social equity; statistics and transport modelling; and sustainable cities. He was awarded the First Prize for the best paper at the Royal Geographical Society (with the Institute of British Geographers) Annual Conference (Transport Geography Research Group-sponsored prize). His work has been published in Urban Studies, Environment and Planning A, Journal of Transport Geography, and Transport Policy, etc. In addition, his co-authored book titled Transport Economics Matters: Applying Economic Principles to Transportation in Great Britain has been published by Brown Walker Press.<\/p>\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\u4e3b\u8981\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u5411\u5305\u62ec\u57ce\u5e02\u548c\u4ea4\u901a\u89c4\u5212\u3001\u4ea4\u901a\u51fa\u884c\u8106\u5f31\u6027\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u516c\u5e73\u6027\u3001\u7edf\u8ba1\u548c\u4ea4\u901a\u6a21\u578b\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u57ce\u5e02\u53d1\u5c55\u3002\u66fe\u83b7\u82f1\u56fd\u7687\u5bb6\u5730\u7406\u5b66\u4f1a\u5e74\u4f1a\u4ea4\u901a\u5730\u7406\u5b66\u7ec4\u9752\u5e74\u6700\u4f73\u8bba\u6587\u4e00\u7b49\u5956\u3002\u76f8\u5173\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u5728\u300aUrban Studies\u300b\u3001\u300aEnvironment and Planning A\u300b\u3001\u300aJournal of Transport Geography\u300b\u3001\u300aTransport Policy\u300b\u7b49\u5b66\u672f\u671f\u520a\u53d1\u8868\u3002\u4e13\u8457\u300a\u4ea4\u901a\u8fd0\u8f93\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5b66\uff1a\u5982\u4f55\u5c06\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5b66\u539f\u7406\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u82f1\u56fd\u7684\u4ea4\u901a\u8fd0\u8f93\u4ea7\u4e1a\u300b\u7531\u7f8e\u56fd\u5e03\u6717\u6c83\u514b\u51fa\u7248\u793e\u51fa\u7248\u53d1\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u548cIACP\u7684\u5173\u7cfb<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u66f9\u68a6\u79cb\u4f5c\u4e3aIACP\u7684\u6210\u5458\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u79ef\u6781\u53c2\u4e0eIACP\u5e74\u4f1a\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6IACP\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u5404\u9879\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e0e\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002 Mengqiu Cao is an active member of the IACP and has been actively involved in a number of IACP conferences and activities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u66f9\u68a6\u79cb\uff08 Mengqiu Cao\uff09 \u82f1\u56fd\u5a01\u65af\u654f\u65af\u7279\u5927\u5b66 \u5efa\u7b51\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u5b66\u9662\u526f\u6559\u6388\u3001\u535a\u58eb\u751f\u5bfc\u5e08 School of Architecture and Cities, University of Westminster Mengqiu Cao is a Senior Lecturer in Transport and Urban Planning at the School of Architecture and Cities, University of Westminster.
