She currently serves as a member of the Young Geographer Committee of the Geographical Society of China (GSC). She received her PhD in Human Geography from Peking University in 2015, and was a visiting scholar at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for one year. After graduation, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at East China Normal University from 2015 to 2017.<\/p>\n<p>\u5854\u5a1c\u662f\u534e\u4e1c\u5e08\u8303\u5927\u5b66\u5730\u7406\u79d1\u5b66\u5b66\u9662\u526f\u7814\u7a76\u5458\u3001\u5730\u7406\u4fe1\u606f\u79d1\u5b66\u6559\u80b2\u90e8\u91cd\u70b9\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u79d1\u7814\u4eba\u5458\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u4efb\u4e2d\u56fd\u5730\u7406\u5b66\u4f1a\u9752\u5e74\u5de5\u4f5c\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u59d4\u5458\u3002\u5979\u4e8e2015\u5e74\u5728\u5317\u4eac\u5927\u5b66\u83b7\u5f97\u4eba\u6587\u5730\u7406\u5b66\u535a\u58eb\u5b66\u4f4d\uff0c\u671f\u95f4\u5728\u4f0a\u5229\u8bfa\u4f0a\u5927\u5b66\u9999\u69df\u5206\u6821\u8fdb\u884c\u8054\u5408\u57f9\u517b\u3002\u5979\u57282015-2017\u5e74\u671f\u95f4\u4e8e\u534e\u4e1c\u5e08\u8303\u5927\u5b66\u4ece\u4e8b\u535a\u58eb\u540e\u7814\u7a76\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u5411\u4e0e\u793e\u4f1a\u8d21\u732e\u00a0 \uff08<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Research direction and social contribution\uff09<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dr. Na Ta\u2019s research addresses mobility, neighborhood and social issues in urban China through the combination of behavioral geography perspective and geographic information system methods. Her research focuses on how urban physical and social environment shapes urban residents&#8217; space-time behavior and its implications for social and spatial inequality. Her current project attempts to measure and explain the urban socio-spatial differentiation and its effects on resident\u2019s well-being using a space-time behavior perspective. This research will provide policy implications for urban planning and social management to build a more equitable, integrated and vibrant city. She has received research several grants from National Natural Science Foundation of China and other foundations. Her research has been published in Urban Studies, Landscape and Urban Planning, Transportation Research Part D: Transport and Environment, Cities, Acta Geographica Sinica, Scientia Geographica Sinica, Human Geography, and other journals in the field of geography, urban and transportation studies, in addition to a number of monographs and book chapters.
