Sylvia Ying He is an associate professor in the Department of Geography and Resource Management at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). She obtained her BS in Geography from Sun Yet-sen University, MA in Geography from McMaster University, MA in Economics from University of Southern California (USC). She holds a PhD in Policy, Planning and Development from the Price School of Public Policy at USC, where she was awarded the John Dyckman Award for Best Dissertation in Planning. Before joining CUHK, she worked as a Postdoc Fellow at the Technical University of Munich.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u4f55\u9896\u662f\u9999\u6e2f\u4e2d\u6587\u5927\u5b66\u5730\u7406\u4e0e\u8d44\u6e90\u7ba1\u7406\u5b66\u7cfb\u526f\u6559\u6388\u3002\u5979\u4e8e<\/span>2003<\/span>\u5e74\u5728\u4e2d\u5c71\u5927\u5b66\u83b7\u5f97\u5730\u7406\u5b66\u58eb\u5b66\u4f4d\uff08<\/span>GIS<\/span>\u65b9\u5411\uff09\uff0c<\/span>2006<\/span>\u5e74\u83b7\u5f97\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u9ea6\u514b\u9a6c\u65af\u7279\u5927\u5b66\u5730\u7406\u7855\u58eb\u5b66\u4f4d\uff0c<\/span>2009<\/span>\u5e74\u548c<\/span>2012<\/span>\u5e74\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u5357\u52a0\u5dde\u5927\u5b66\u5206\u522b\u83b7\u5f97\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5b66\u7855\u58eb\u548c\u653f\u7b56\u3001\u89c4\u5212\u4e0e\u53d1\u5c55\u535a\u58eb\u5b66\u4f4d\uff0c\u6bd5\u4e1a\u8bba\u6587\u83b7\u5f97\u5b66\u9662\u5e74\u5ea6\u6700\u4f73\u535a\u58eb\u8bba\u6587\u5956\uff08\u89c4\u5212\u65b9\u5411\uff09\uff0c<\/span>2011-2012<\/span>\u5e74\u5728\u5fb7\u56fd\u6155\u5c3c\u9ed1\u5de5\u4e1a\u5927\u5b66\u4efb\u804c\u535a\u58eb\u540e\uff0c<\/span>2012<\/span>\u5e74\u5165\u804c\u9999\u6e2f\u4e2d\u6587\u5927\u5b66\u3002<\/span>

Sylvia He’s research interests include transport planning and policy, travel behavior, transit-oriented development, electric vehicle, new towns, resource-based cities and urban studies. She is an Editorial Board Member of the Journal of the American Planning Association (JAPA) (2022 \u2013 present) and Transportation Research Part D (2022 \u2013 present), Associate Editor of Travel Behaviour and Society (2017 \u2013 present) and Asian Transport Studies (2020 \u2013 present). Her publications have appeared in leading urban planning and transportation journals such as Journal of the American Planning Association, Urban Studies, Town Planning Review, Cities, Environment and Planning B, Population, Space and Place, Transportation Research Part A\/C\/D\/F, Research in Transportation Economics, Journal of Transport Geography, and Transportation. Sylvia has been actively serving professional communities. She is Board Member of the International Association for China Planning (IACP), the World Society for Transport and Land Use Research (WSTLUR), and the Hong Kong Society for Transportation Studies (HKSTS). In 2021, she was elected as Fellow of the Regional Studies Association (RSA).

\u4f5c<\/span>\u4e3a<\/span>IACP<\/span>\u7684<\/span>\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a<\/span>\u6210<\/span>\u5458\uff0c\u79ef\u6781\u53c2\u4e0e<\/span>IACP<\/span>\u5e74\u4f1a\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6<\/span>IACP<\/span>\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u5404\u9879\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e0e\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002<\/span>Sylvia He is a Board Member of the IACP and has been actively involved in IACP conferences and activities.
