\u4e25\u7fd4\u535a\u58eb\u662f\u7f8e\u56fd\u4f5b\u7f57\u91cc\u8fbe\u5927\u5b66\u571f\u6728\u548c\u6d77\u6d0b\u5de5\u7a0b\u7cfb\u7684\u52a9\u7406\u6559\u6388\u3002\u4ed6\u5728\u4f5b\u7f57\u91cc\u8fbe\u5927\u5b66\u521b\u7acb\u4e86Just&Green\u4ea4\u901a\u7814\u7a76\u5ba4\uff0c\u4ed6\u540c\u65f6\u662f\u4f5b\u7f57\u91cc\u8fbe\u5927\u5b66\u4ea4\u901a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u516c\u5171\u4ea4\u901a\u65b9\u5411\u9886\u5934\u4eba\u3002\u4e25\u7fd4\u4e8e 2015\u548c2019 \u5e74\u5206\u522b\u83b7\u5f97\u5bc6\u897f\u6839\u5927\u5b66\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u4e0e\u533a\u57df\u89c4\u5212\u7855\u58eb\u548c\u535a\u58eb\u5b66\u4f4d\uff0c\u4e8e2013\u5e74\u6d3b\u5f97\u5357\u4eac\u5927\u5b66\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u5b66\u58eb\u5b66\u4f4d\u3002\u4ed6\u4e8e2021\u5e74\u83b7\u5f97\u4f5b\u7f57\u91cc\u8fbe\u5927\u5b66\u4ea4\u901a\u5de5\u7a0b\u7855\u58eb\u5b66\u4f4d\u3002\u4ed6\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86World Society for Transport and Land Use Research\u76842021\u5e74\u6700\u4f73\u535a\u58eb\u8bba\u6587\u5956\uff0c\u4ed6\u7684\u7855\u58eb\u9879\u76ee\uff08capstone project\uff09\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u7f8e\u56fd\u89c4\u5212\u534f\u4f1a\uff08American Planning Association\uff09\u76842018\u5e74\u6700\u4f73\u5b66\u751f\u9879\u76ee\u5956\u3002<\/p>\n

Dr. Xiang Yan is an assistant professor at the Department of Civil and Coastal Engineering at the University of Florida. He directors the Just&Green Transportation lab, and he is the University of Florida Transportation Institute’s transit lead. Xiang Yan received a Ph.D. and a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Michigan, and he received a bachelor’s degree in Urban and Rural Planning from Nanjing University. He also holds a master’s degree in Transportation Engineering received form the University of Florida in 2021. He received the 2021 <\/span>World Society for Transport and Land Use Research<\/em> best dissertation award, and his master’s capstone project won the 2018 AICP Student Project Award from the American Planning Association<\/em>.

\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u5411\u4e0e\u793e\u4f1a\u8d21\u732e\u00a0 \uff08Research direction and social contribution\uff09<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u4e25\u7fd4\u535a\u58eb\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4e13\u6ce8\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u6570\u636e\u79d1\u5b66\u548c\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u673a\u5668\u5b66\u4e60\uff09\u6765\u63d0\u5347\u4ea4\u901a\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u516c\u5e73\u6027\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u3002\u4ed6\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u4ece\u4ea4\u901a\u5de5\u7a0b\u3001\u6570\u636e\u79d1\u5b66\u3001\u548c\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u7b49\u591a\u5b66\u79d1\u4ea4\u53c9\u7684\u89c6\u89d2\u5c06\u628a\u4ea4\u901a\u79d1\u6280\u521b\u65b0\u5e94\u7528\u5230\u89e3\u51b3\u793e\u533a\u9700\u6c42\u4e0a\u3002\u4ed6\u540c\u65f6\u4e0e\u516c\u5171\u90e8\u95e8\u548c\u4f01\u4e1a\u5408\u4f5c\u5f00\u53d1\u667a\u80fd\u51b3\u7b56\u7cfb\u7edf\u6765\u5e2e\u52a9\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u5305\u62ec\u5171\u4eab\u81ea\u884c\u8f66\u548c\u6ed1\u677f\u8f66\u7b49\u65b0\u578b\u4ea4\u901a\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002\u4e25\u535a\u58eb\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u7f8e\u56fd\u4ea4\u901a\u90e8\u3001\u798f\u7279\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\u3001\u81ea\u7136\u707e\u5bb3\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001\u5bc6\u897f\u6839\u5927\u5b66\u8d2b\u56f0\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7b49\u8d44\u52a9\u673a\u6784\u7684\u652f\u6301\u3002\u4ed6\u7684\u5b66\u672f\u6210\u679c\u53d1\u8868\u5728\u5305\u62ec\u300aTransportation Research Part A: Policy and Practice\u300b, \u300aTransportation Research Part C: Emergency Technologies\u300b, and \u300aJournal of the American Planning Association\u300b\u5728\u5185\u7684\u4ea4\u901a\u548c\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u9886\u57df\u56fd\u5bb6\u9876\u7ea7\u671f\u520a\u3002<\/p>\n

Dr. Xiang Yan focuses on using data science and artificial intelligence (machine learning) to make transportation more equitable and sustainable. Bridging transportation engineering, data science, and urban planning, he takes an interdisciplinary approach to transportation research that connects technological innovations with community needs. He works closely with public agencies and industry partners to develop intelligent decision-support tools that can help them better plan for and manage new mobility systems such as shared e-scooters. His research has been supported by the U.S. Department of Transportation, Ford Motor Company, Natural Hazards Center, and Poverty Solutions at the University of Michigan. His work has been published in top transportation and planning journals such as Transportation Research Part A: Policy and Practice<\/em>, Transportation Research Part C: Emergency Technologies<\/em>, and Journal of the American Planning Association<\/em>.<\/p>\n
