\u674e\u8d85\u9a95\u535a\u58eb\u662f\u9999\u6e2f\u79d1\u6280\u5927\u5b66\uff08\u5e7f\u5dde\uff09\u57ce\u5e02\u6cbb\u7406\u4e0e\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5b66\u57df\u7684\u52a9\u7406\u6559\u6388\u3001\u535a\u58eb\u751f\u5bfc\u5e08\u3002\u4ed6\u662f\u7f8e\u56fd\u5317\u5361\u7f57\u83b1\u7eb3\u5927\u5b66\u6559\u5802\u5c71\u5206\u6821\u57ce\u5e02\u4e0e\u533a\u57df\u89c4\u5212\u7cfb\u535a\u58eb\u3001\u57ce\u5e02\u4e0e\u533a\u57df\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u535a\u58eb\u540e\u3002\u674e\u8d85\u9a95\u535a\u58eb\u73b0\u4efb\u6fb3\u95e8\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u5b66\u4f1a\u7279\u9080\u4f1a\u5458\u3001\u5317\u7f8e\u89c4\u5212\u9662\u6821\u8054\u5408\u4f1a\u4f1a\u5458\u3001\u56fd\u9645\u4e2d\u56fd\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u5b66\u4f1a\u4f1a\u5458\u3002\u540c\u65f6\u62c5\u4efb\u5b66\u672f\u671f\u520a\u300a\u5317\u4eac\u89c4\u5212\u5efa\u8bbe\u300b\u6d77\u5916\u7279\u7ea6\u7f16\u8f91\u53ca\u5341\u4f59\u79cd\u91cd\u8981\u82f1\u6587\u671f\u520a\u7684\u5ba1\u7a3f\u4eba\u53ca\u9999\u6e2f\u7814\u7a76\u8d44\u52a9\u5c40<\/span>(RGC)<\/span>\u7684\u5916\u5ba1\u4e13\u5bb6\u3002<\/span>

Dr. Chaosu Li is an assistant professor in the Urban Governance and Design Thrust Area at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou). Previously, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Urban and Regional Studies (CURS), University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC-Chapel Hill). Dr. Li also received his Ph.D. in City and Regional Planning from UNC-Chapel Hill. Currently, he is a specially invited member of the the Macau Urban Planning Association, a member of the Association of Collegiate Schools of Planning and the International Association for China Planning. He is an editor of Beijing Planning Review<\/em>, a reviewer for more than ten important academic journals, and an external reviewer of the Hong Kong Research Grants Council (RGC).

\u674e\u8d85\u9a95\u535a\u58eb\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u5411\u4e3a\u571f\u5730\u5229\u7528\u4e0e\u73af\u5883\u89c4\u5212\uff0c\u5177\u4f53\u7814\u7a76\u9886\u57df\u4e3a\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u5e94\u5bf9\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u3001\u57ce\u5e02\u5f62\u6001\u3001\u5730\u7406\u4fe1\u606f\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u5927\u6570\u636e\u5206\u6790\u3002<\/span>
\n<\/span>\u674e\u8d85\u9a95\u535a\u58eb\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u5206\u522b\u53d1\u8868\u4e8e\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u9886\u57df\u7684\u9876\u520a\u300a<\/span>Journal of the American Planning Association<\/span>\u300b<\/span>(JAPA) <\/span>\u548c\u300a<\/span>Journal of Planning Education and Research<\/span>\u300b<\/span>(JPER)<\/span>\uff0c\u73af\u5883\u89c4\u5212\u4e0e\u7ba1\u7406\u7c7b\u671f\u520a\u300a<\/span>Environmental and Planning A<\/span>\u300b\u3001\u300a<\/span>Journal of Environmental Management<\/span>\u300b\u3001\u300a<\/span>Journal of Environmental Planning and Management<\/span>\u300b\u3001\u300a<\/span>Land Use Policy<\/span>\u300b\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u80fd\u6e90\u7c7b\u671f\u520a\u300a<\/span>Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews<\/span>\u300b\u3001\u300a<\/span>Energy and Buildings<\/span>\u300b\u7b49\u3002<\/span>

Dr. Chaosu Li has expertise in urban planning for climate change, urban form, applied GIS, and urban big data analytics. His work has been published in the Journal of the American Planning Association<\/em>(JAPA<\/em>), Journal of Planning Education and Research<\/em>(JPER<\/em>), Environment and Planning A<\/em>, Journal of Environmental Management<\/em>, Journal of Environmental Planning and Management<\/em>, Land Use Policy<\/em>, Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews<\/em>, Energy and Buildings<\/em>, plus other journals.

\u674e\u8d85\u9a95\u535a\u58eb\u4f5c\u4e3a\u9879\u76ee\u4e3b\u6301\u4eba\u6216\u4e3b\u8981\u53c2\u4e0e\u8005\u66fe\u53c2\u4e0e\u8fc7\u7531\u4e16\u754c\u94f6\u884c\u3001\u6fb3\u95e8\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\u3001\u56fd\u5bb6\u81ea\u7136\u79d1\u5b66\u57fa\u91d1\u4e0e\u6fb3\u95e8\u79d1\u6280\u53d1\u5c55\u57fa\u91d1\u8054\u5408\u9879\u76ee\u3001\u56fd\u5bb6\u81ea\u7136\u79d1\u5b66\u57fa\u91d1\u6d77\u5916\u53ca\u6e2f\u6fb3\u5b66\u8005\u5408\u4f5c\u7814\u7a76\u57fa\u91d1\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u7f8e\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u79d1\u5b66\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\uff08NSF\uff09\u8d44\u52a9\u7684\u591a\u4e2a\u7814\u7a76\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5176\u7814\u7a76\u9879\u76ee\u5185\u5bb9\u5305\u62ec\u57ce\u5e02\u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387\u8bc4\u4f30\u3001\u57ce\u5e02\u5f62\u6001\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u6548\u5e94\u3001\u586b\u6d77\u9020\u5730\u57ce\u5e02\u7a7a\u95f4\u73af\u5883\u8bc4\u4ef7\u4e0e\u4f18\u5316\u3001\u57ce\u5e02\u5f62\u6001\u4e0e\u6c14\u5019\u97e7\u6027\u7684\u8026\u5408\u5173\u7cfb\u7b49\u3002\u672a\u6765\u674e\u8d85\u9a95\u535a\u58eb\u5c06\u5229\u7528\u9999\u6e2f\u79d1\u6280\u5927\u5b66\uff08\u5e7f\u5dde\uff09\u878d\u5408\u5b66\u79d1\u7814\u7a76\u6a21\u5f0f\u7684\u5e73\u53f0\u4e0e\u8d44\u6e90\uff0c\u7ee7\u7eed\u91cd\u70b9\u5173\u6ce8\u57ce\u5e02\u5efa\u6210\u73af\u5883\u7684\u73af\u5883\u6548\u5e94\u4e0e\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u7ed3\u5408\u5927\u6570\u636e\u4e0e\u65b0\u5174\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u6cd5\u7684\u8de8\u5b66\u79d1\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u5177\u4f53\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8bdd\u9898\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u57ce\u5e02\u5f62\u6001\u5bf9\u80fd\u8017\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u7efc\u5408\u6548\u5e94\u3001\u57ce\u5e02\u5efa\u6210\u73af\u5883\u7684\u6c14\u5019\u97e7\u6027\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u8bc4\u4f30\u7684\u65b0\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e0e\u65b0\u6280\u672f\u3002<\/span>

Dr. Chaosu Li has been involved in research projects funded by the World Bank, the Macao Foundation, the joint funding of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Macau Science and Technology Development Fund, the National Natural Science Foundation of China Overseas and Hong Kong and Macau Scholars Cooperative Research Fund, and the National Science Foundation(NSF) of the United States. Using the interdisciplinary resources of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), Dr. Li will continue to focus on the climate change impacts of the urban built environment, by combining big data and the emerging research methodology. His interested research topics include: the effects of urban form on energy consumption, climate resilience of the urban built environment, and new methods and techniques for urban plan evaluation.

\u674e\u8d85\u9a95\u535a\u58eb\u662f<\/span>IACP<\/span>\u7684\u957f\u671f\u4f1a\u5458\u5e76\u79ef\u6781\u53c2\u4e0e<\/span>IACP<\/span>\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u5b66\u672f\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002\u4ed6\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e13\u5bb6\u8bc4\u5ba1\u4e86<\/span>IACP<\/span>\u7684<\/span>2022<\/span>\u5e74\u5ea6\u6700\u4f73\u8bba\u6587\u5956\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Chaosu Li is a long-time member of IACP and has been actively engaged in academic events organized by IACP. He served as a reviewer for the Best Paper Awards of IACP in 2022.
