\u5085\u946b\u7fbd\u535a\u58eb\u662f\u65b0\u897f\u5170\u6000\u5361\u6258\u5927\u5b66\u73af\u5883\u89c4\u5212\u7cfb\u9ad8\u7ea7\u8bb2\u5e08<\/span>, <\/span>\u65b0\u897f\u5170\u548c\u7f8e\u56fd\u6ce8\u518c\u89c4\u5212\u5e08\u3002\u5085\u946b\u7fbd\u4e8e<\/span>2018<\/span>\u5e74\u5728\u4f5b\u7f57\u91cc\u8fbe\u5927\u5b66\u83b7\u5f97\u4ea4\u901a\u5de5\u7a0b\u7855\u58eb\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u4e0e\u533a\u57df\u89c4\u5212\u535a\u58eb\u5b66\u4f4d\uff0c\u4e8e<\/span>2013<\/span>\u5e74\u5728\u5185\u5e03\u62c9\u65af\u52a0\u5927\u5b66\u6797\u80af\u5206\u6821\u83b7\u5f97\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u7855\u58eb\u5b66\u4f4d\uff0c\u4e8e<\/span>2011<\/span>\u5e74\u5728\u534e\u5357\u7406\u5de5\u5927\u5b66\u83b7\u5f97\u73af\u5883\u5de5\u7a0b\u5b66\u58eb\u5b66\u4f4d\u3002<\/span>

Xinyu Fu, Ph.D. is a Senior Lecturer in environmental planning at the University of Waikato in New Zealand. He is a certified planner in both the US and New Zealand. Dr. Fu obtained his PhD in Urban and Regional Planning, and a Master of Transportation Engineering from the University of Florida in 2018, a Master of Community and Regional Planning from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 2013, and a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering from the South China University of Technology in 2011.

\u5085\u946b\u7fbd\u535a\u58eb\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5173\u6ce8\u5728\u5730\u65b9\u548c\u5168\u7403\u73af\u5883\u53d8\u5316\u7684\u60c5\u5883\u4e0b\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u97e7\u6027\u63d0\u5347\uff0c\u57fa\u4e8e\u4ee5\u95ee\u9898\u4e3a\u5bfc\u5411\u3001\u8de8\u5b66\u79d1\u4ea4\u53c9\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8303\u5f0f\u6765\u5e94\u5bf9\u5305\u62ec\u57ce\u5e02\u6d2a\u6d9d\u4e0e\u6d77\u5e73\u9762\u4e0a\u5347\u7b49\u5728\u5185\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u97e7\u6027\u6240\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u5173\u952e\u6311\u6218\u3002\u4ed6\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u53d1\u8868\u5728\u300a<\/span>Journal of American Planning Association<\/span>\u300b<\/span><\/em>, <\/span>\u300a<\/span>Journal of Environmental Management<\/span>\u300b<\/span><\/em>, <\/span>\u300a<\/span>Climatic Change<\/span>\u300b<\/span><\/em>, <\/span>\u300a<\/span>Cities<\/span>\u300b<\/span><\/em>, <\/span>\u300a<\/span>Urban Studies<\/span>\u300b<\/span>,<\/span><\/em>\u300a<\/span>Annals of American Association of Geographers<\/em><\/span>\u300b<\/em>\u7b49\u89c4\u5212\u3001\u73af\u5883\u4ee5\u53ca\u57ce\u5e02\u7814\u7a76\u7b49\u9886\u57df\u7684\u77e5\u540d\u671f\u520a\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u5173\u4e8e\u6cbf\u6d77\u57ce\u5e02\u5e94\u5bf9\u6d77\u5e73\u9762\u4e0a\u5347\u7684\u9002\u5e94\u6027\u89c4\u5212\u7684\u591a\u7bc7\u8bba\u6587\u88ab\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u95f4\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u4e13\u95e8\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff08<\/span>IPCC<\/span>\uff09\u7684\u7b2c\u516d\u6b21\u6c14\u5019\u62a5\u544a\u591a\u6b21\u5f15\u7528\u3002\u5085\u946b\u7fbd\u76ee\u524d\u53c2\u4e0e\u7531\u65b0\u897f\u5170\u5546\u4e1a\u3001\u9769\u65b0\u4e0e\u5c31\u4e1a\u90e8\uff08<\/span>MBIE<\/span>\uff09\u8d44\u52a9\u5173\u4e8e\u6d2a\u6c34\u97e7\u6027\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u62c5\u4efb\u5176\u4e2d\u5b50\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u8d1f\u8d23\u4eba\uff1b\u4ed6\u540c\u65f6\u62c5\u4efb\u5927\u6d0b\u6d32\u89c4\u5212\u9662\u6821\u8054\u5408\u4f1a\u7684\u6267\u884c\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u6210\u5458\u3002<\/span>
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Fu focuses on how to make cities more resilient in the face of local and global environmental change. He emphasizes problem-driven, collaborative research that transcends disciplines to tackle some of today’s pressing urban environmental challenges such as flooding and sea-level rise. Dr. Fu has published over 20 peer-reviewed journal articles in leading international journals such as Journal of American Planning Association<\/em>, Journal of Environmental Management<\/em>, Climatic Change<\/em>, Cities<\/em>, Urban Studies<\/em>, and Annals of American Association of Geographers<\/em>. His recent work on sea-level rise adaptation was cited numerous times by the latest International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Sixth Assessment Report. Dr. Fu now leads a sub-project on flood resilience funded by the New Zealand Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment and he is also a member of the executive committee of The Australia & New Zealand Association of Planning Schools.

\u5085\u946b\u7fbd\u662f<\/span>IACP<\/span>\u7684\u957f\u671f\u6210\u5458\uff0c\u535a\u58eb\u671f\u95f4\u591a\u6b21\u83b7\u5f97<\/span>IACP<\/span>\u7684\u5e74\u4f1a\u5b66\u751f\u5956\u5b66\u91d1\uff0c\u591a\u6b21\u53c2\u4e0e\u7ebf\u4e0b\u4e0e\u7ebf\u4e0a\u5e74\u4f1a\u6c47\u62a5\u4e14\u62c5\u4efb\u5206\u4f1a\u573a\u4e3b\u6301\u4eba\uff0c\u5e76\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e86\u4e2d\u7f8e\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u6c42\u804c\u7ecf\u9a8c\u7684\u5706\u684c\u8bba\u575b\u8ba8\u8bba\u3002<\/span>

Dr. Fu is a long-time member of IACP. During his doctoral studies, Dr. Fu received the IACP Annual Conference Travel Award several times. Dr. Fu has actively engaged in the IACP conferences and served as a moderator. He also served as a panelist in the IACP panel discussion about academic job searching and application.
