\u5e84\u5fd7\u831c\u535a\u58eb\u662f\u591a\u4f26\u591a\u5927\u90fd\u5e02\u5927\u5b66\u57ce\u5e02\u4e0e\u533a\u57df\u89c4\u5212\u7cfb\u526f\u6559\u6388\uff0c\u5b89\u7701\u6ce8\u518c\u89c4\u5212\u5e08<\/span>(RPP)<\/span>\u548c\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u89c4\u5212\u5e08\u534f\u4f1a\u4f1a\u5458<\/span>(MCIP)<\/span>\u3002\u5979\u662f\u591a\u4f26\u591a\u5927\u90fd\u4f1a\u79fb\u6c11\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3<\/span>(TMCIS)<\/span>\u7684\u4e3b\u4efb\uff0c\u521b\u529e\u4e86\u591a\u5143\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5de5\u4f5c\u5ba4<\/span> (www.divercitylab.com)<\/span>\u3002\u5979\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u63a2\u8ba8\u4e86\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5404\u79cd\u89c4\u6a21\u57ce\u5e02\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u957f\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u591a\u6837\u6027\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u57ce\u5e02\u5efa\u8bbe\u8005\u5982\u4f55\u5c06\u516c\u5e73\u548c\u5305\u5bb9\u7684\u4ef7\u503c\u89c2\u878d\u5165\u5230\u89c4\u5212\u653f\u7b56\u548c\u5b9e\u8df5\u4e2d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Zhixi Zhuang is an Associate Professor at the School of Urban and Regional Planning, Toronto Metropolitan University, Canada. She\u2019s a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) and a Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (MCIP). As the Academic Director of the Toronto Metropolitan Centre for Immigration and Settlement (TMCIS) and Founder and Director of DiverCityLab (www.divercitylab.com), her research explores the growing urban diversity in Canadian cities of various sizes, and how city-builders can instil the values of equity and inclusion into planning policies and practices.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u5e84\u6559\u6388\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u5c31\u5305\u62ec\u591a\u4e2a\u7531\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u4e3b\u8981\u7814\u7a76\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\u8d44\u52a9\u7684\u8de8\u5b66\u79d1\u9879\u76ee\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9879\u76ee\u56f4\u7ed5\u79fb\u6c11\u5b9a\u5c45\uff0c\u57ce\u5e02\u666f\u89c2\uff0c\u548c\u5e02\u653f\u653f\u7b56\u8fdb\u884c\u4ea4\u53c9\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u5979\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u53d1\u8868\u5728\u9ad8\u5f71\u54cd\u529b\u540c\u884c\u8bc4\u5ba1\u671f\u520a\uff0c\u63a2\u8ba8\u5982\u4e0b\u89c4\u5212\u4e3b\u9898\uff1a\u5728\u975e\u4f20\u7edf\u79fb\u6c11\u57ce\u5e02\u5efa\u8bbe\u53cb\u597d\u793e\u533a\u4ee5\u5438\u5f15\u548c\u4fdd\u7559\u79fb\u6c11\uff0c\u79fb\u6c11\u4f01\u4e1a\u5bb6\u5bf9\u57ce\u5e02\u5efa\u8bbe\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u5728<\/span>\u2019<\/span>\u7b2c\u4e09\u7a7a\u95f4<\/span>\u2019<\/span>\u4ee5\u6c11\u65cf\u7279\u8272\u8fdb\u884c\u5730\u65b9\u8425\u9020\uff0c\u79fb\u6c11\u4e0e\u90ca\u533a\u8f6c\u578b\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5e02\u653f\u89c4\u5212\u5728\u79fb\u6c11\u5b9a\u5c45\u548c\u878d\u5408\u4e2d\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5979\u5bf9\u79fb\u6c11\u5b9a\u5c45\u3001\u57ce\u5e02\u653f\u7b56\u4ee5\u53ca\u79fb\u6c11\u5bf9\u57ce\u5e02\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u8f6c\u578b\u6548\u5e94\u7684\u5168\u9762\u8c03\u67e5\uff0c\u5728\u5317\u7f8e\u3001\u6b27\u6d32\u548c\u5927\u6d0b\u6d32\u4ee5\u53ca\u5168\u7403\u53d1\u8fbe\u56fd\u5bb6\u548c\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u591a\u9879\u6b63\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u6bd4\u8f83\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u53d1\u6325\u7740\u5173\u952e\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5e84\u6559\u6388\u76ee\u524d\u662f\u5927\u5b66\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u5b66\u9662\u534f\u4f1a\uff08<\/span>ACSP<\/span>\uff09\u4efb\u547d\u7684\u5168\u7403\u89c4\u5212\u6559\u80b2\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff08<\/span>GPEC<\/span>\uff09\u4f1a\u5458\uff0c\u548c\u89c4\u5212\u6559\u80b2\u548c\u7814\u7a76\u671f\u520a\uff08<\/span>JPER<\/span>\uff09\u7684\u526f\u7f16\u8f91\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Zhuang\u2019s research accomplishments include multiple interdisciplinary projects funded by major Canadian research council grants examining the intersection of immigrant settlement, urban landscapes, and municipal policies. Her research has generated key peer-reviewed publications on topics such as building welcoming infrastructure to attract and retain migrants in non-traditional gateway cities, the influence of immigrant entrepreneurship on city building, ethnic place-making in \u2018third places\u2019, migration and suburban transformation, and the role of municipal planning in immigrant settlement and integration. Her comprehensive investigations into immigrant settlement, urban policies, and the transformational effects of immigrants on urban spaces play a pivotal role in numerous ongoing comparative studies across North America, Europe, and Oceania, as well as between the Global North and the Global South. Dr. Zhuang is currently an appointed member of the Global Planning Education Committee (GPEC) at the Association of Collegiate Schools of Planning (ACSP), and an Associate Editor of the Journal of Planning Education and Research (JPER).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
