Dr. Na Chen is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Administration at the School of Government, Sun Yat-sen University. She also serves as the Assistant Dean, Chair of the Department of Public Administration, and Deputy Director of the Center for Chinese Public Administration Research at Sun Yat-sen University. Dr. Chen graduated from the City and Regional Planning program at Ohio State University in the United States. She holds a Master\u2019s degree in Community Planning and Public Administration from Auburn University, as well as a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Management with a concentration in Public Policy from the School of Government at Sun Yat-sen University. She has worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and as a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the School of Planning at the University of Cincinnati.<\/p>\n

\u9648\u535a\u58eb\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5173\u6ce8\u4ea4\u901a\u653f\u7b56\u4e0e\u89c4\u5212\u3001\u51fa\u884c\u884c\u4e3a\u5206\u6790\u3001\u4ea4\u901a\u53ef\u8fbe\u6027\u3001\u4ea4\u901a\u516c\u5e73\u3001\u571f\u5730\u5229\u7528\u5efa\u6a21\u3001\u516c\u5171\u653f\u7b56\u5206\u6790\u4ee5\u53ca\u57ce\u5e02\u97e7\u6027\u3002\u52302024\u5e74\u4e3a\u6b62\uff0c\u5979\u5728Transportation Research Part D\u3001Cities\u3001Environment and Planning B\u3001Natural Hazards\u3001International Journal of Sustainable Transportation\u3001Transportation\u3001Journal of Transport Geography \u7b49\u671f\u520a\u4e0a\u53d1\u8868\u4e86\u4e09\u5341\u591a\u7bc7\u8bba\u6587\uff0c\u62c5\u4efb\u671f\u520athe Journal of Transport and Land Use\u7684\u526f\u4e3b\u7f16\u3001\u300a\u516c\u5171\u884c\u653f\u8bc4\u8bba\u300b\u4ee5\u53caTransportation Safety and Environment\u7684\u7f16\u8f91\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u6210\u5458\u3002<\/p>\n

Dr. Chen’s research focuses on transportation policy and planning, travel behavior analysis, transportation accessibility, transportation equity, land use modeling, public policy analysis, and urban resilience. As of 2024, she has published over thirty papers in journals such as Transportation Research Part D, Cities, Environment and Planning B, Natural Hazards, International Journal of Sustainable Transportation, Transportation, and Journal of Transport Geography<\/em>. She serves as an associate editor for the Journal of Transport and Land Use<\/em> and is a member of the editorial boards of Journal of Public Administration<\/em> and Transportation Safety and Environment<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u4e0e<\/strong>IACP<\/strong>\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\uff08<\/strong>Relationship with IACP<\/strong>\uff09<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u81ea\u5b66\u751f\u65f6\u4ee3\u8d77\uff0c\u9648\u535a\u58eb\u5c31\u662f IACP \u957f\u671f\u7684\u6d3b\u8dc3\u6210\u5458\uff0c\u79ef\u6781\u53c2\u52a0\u4e0e\u652f\u6301IACP\u5e74\u4f1a\u4ee5\u53ca\u76f8\u5173\u7ebf\u4e0a\u7ebf\u4e0b\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n

Since her student days, Dr. Chen has been an active, long-term member of the IACP, actively participating in and supporting IACP annual conferences and related online and offline events.<\/p>\n
