He earned a Bachelor of Science from Sun Yat-sen University in 2016, completed his Master&#8217;s degree at the University of Washington in 2018, and received a Ph.D. in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Texas at Austin in 2024. In addition, Dr. Chen worked as an Assistant Planner for the City of Issaquah, Washington, while also serving as a Research Assistant at the Urban Form Lab at the University of Washington.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u5411\u4e0e\u793e\u4f1a\u8d21\u732e (Research direction and social contribution)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u9648\u535a\u58eb\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u805a\u7126\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u3001\u653f\u7b56\u8bc4\u4f30\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u53ef\u8d1f\u62c5\u6027\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u6574\u5408\u673a\u5668\u5b66\u4e60\u7b97\u6cd5\u3001\u7a7a\u95f4\u5927\u6570\u636e\u5206\u6790\u4e0e\u653f\u7b56\u6587\u672c\u6316\u6398\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u7cfb\u7edf\u7814\u7a76\u4f4f\u623f\u5e02\u573a\u52a8\u6001\u548c\u667a\u6167\u51fa\u884c\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u91cd\u70b9\u6784\u5efa\u57fa\u4e8e\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u7684\u667a\u6167\u51b3\u7b56\u652f\u6301\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u63d0\u5347\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u7684\u516c\u5e73\u6027\u4e0e\u97e7\u6027\u3002\u76f8\u5173\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u53d1\u5e03\u5728\u300aCities\u300b\u300aTransportation Research Part D\u300b\u7b49\u56fd\u9645\u9ad8\u6c34\u5e73\u671f\u520a\u4e0a\u3002\u9648\u535a\u58eb\u4e5f\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u589e\u8fdb\u56fd\u9645\u5b66\u672f\u5408\u4f5c\u8054\u7cfb\u3002\u4ed6\u534f\u52a9\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4e86\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u6709\u5173\u667a\u6167\u57ce\u5e02\u548c\u65b0\u5174\u6280\u672f\u7684\u8bb2\u5ea7\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u5982\u667a\u6167\u57ce\u5e02\u548c\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u521b\u65b0\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Chen&#8217;s current research focuses on infrastructure development, policy evaluation, and urban affordability. By integrating machine learning algorithms, spatial big data analytics, and policy text mining techniques, he investigates housing market dynamics and smart mobility. His work prioritizes the development of an AI-based intelligent decision support system aimed at enhancing equity and resilience in urban planning. Related findings have been published in leading international journals, including Cities and Transportation Research Part D. Dr. Chen is also committed to promoting academic cooperation between North America and Asia.\u00a0He has helped organize a series of lecture events about smart cities and emerging technologies, such as the Smart Cities and AI Innovations Symposium.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e0eIACP\u7684\u5173\u7cfb (Relationship with IACP)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-pm-slice=\"0 0 []\" data-mpa-action-id=\"mabwf9511vl6\">\u81ea\u5b66\u751f\u65f6\u4ee3\u8d77\uff0c\u9648\u535a\u58eb\u5c31\u662f<\/span>IACP\u957f\u671f\u7684\u6d3b\u8dc3\u6210\u5458\uff0c\u79ef\u6781\u53c2\u52a0\u4e0e\u652f\u6301IACP\u5e74\u4f1a\u4ee5\u53ca\u76f8\u5173\u7ebf\u4e0a\u7ebf\u4e0b\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u9648\u535a\u58eb\u662fIACP\u00a0<span data-pm-slice=\"1 1 [&quot;para&quot;,{&quot;tagName&quot;:&quot;p&quot;,&quot;attributes&quot;:{&quot;style&quot;:&quot;margin-left: 8px;margin-right: 8px;&quot;},&quot;namespaceURI&quot;:&quot;http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1999\/xhtml&quot;}]\">Board of Directors\u7684\u6210\u5458\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-mpa-action-id=\"mabwf951fu3\">Dr. Chen has been actively involved in IACP activities.
