\u8521\u8363\u535a\u58eb\u73b0\u4efb\u4e2d\u5c71\u5927\u5b66\u653f\u6cbb\u4e0e\u516c\u5171\u4e8b\u52a1\u7ba1\u7406\u5b66\u9662\u516c\u5171\u7ba1\u7406\u7cfb\u526f\u6559\u6388\u3002\u8521\u535a\u58eb\u6bd5\u4e1a\u4e8e\u9999\u6e2f\u5927\u5b66\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u53ca\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7cfb\uff0c\u5e76\u4e8e\u4e2d\u5c71\u5927\u5b66\u653f\u6cbb\u4e0e\u516c\u5171\u4e8b\u52a1\u7ba1\u7406\u5b66\u9662\u83b7\u5f97\u571f\u5730\u8d44\u6e90\u7ba1\u7406\u7855\u58eb\u5b66\u4f4d\u53ca\u884c\u653f\u7ba1\u7406\u5b66\u58eb\u5b66\u4f4d\u3002\u5979\u66fe\u62c5\u4efb\u300aUrban Studies\u300b\u7f16\u8f91\u52a9\u7406\uff082017-2019\uff09\uff0c\u83b7\u5f97\u8fc72019\u5e74AAG China Specialty Group\u8bc4\u9009\u7684Best Paper Award\u3002\u5148\u540e\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u5927\u5b66\uff08\u535a\u58eb\u540e\uff09\u548c\u4e2d\u5c71\u5927\u5b66\uff08\u201c\u767e\u4eba\u8ba1\u5212\u201d\u52a9\u7406\u6559\u6388\uff09\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n

Dr. Rong Cai is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Administration at the School of Government, Sun Yat-sen University. She holds a Ph.D. in Urban Planning and Design from the University of Hong Kong, as well as a Master\u2019s degree in Land Resources Management and a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Administration from Sun Yat-sen University. From 2017 to 2019, she served as an editorial assistant for Urban Studies and received the Best Paper Award from the AAG China Specialty Group in 2019. Dr. Cai has held academic positions as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Hong Kong and as an Assistant Professor under the \u201cHundred Leading Scientists Program\u201d at Sun Yat-sen University.<\/p>\n

\u8521\u535a\u58eb\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u805a\u7126\u57ce\u5e02\u4e0e\u793e\u533a\u6cbb\u7406\u3001\u57ce\u5e02\u66f4\u65b0\u3001\u57ce\u4e61\u878d\u5408\u7b49\uff0c\u91c7\u7528\u5b9a\u6027\u548c\u5b9a\u91cf\u7684\u6df7\u5408\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u4e3b\u6301\u56fd\u5bb6\u793e\u79d1\u57fa\u91d1\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u7814\u7a76\u8d44\u52a9\u5c40\u57fa\u91d1\u9879\u76ee\u7b49\u7814\u7a76\u57fa\u91d1\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u53d1\u8868\u5728\u300aUrban Studies\u300b\u3001\u300aCities\u300b\u3001\u300aUrban Geography\u300b\u3001\u300aJournal of Asian Public Policy\u300b\u3001\u300a\u793e\u4f1a\u5b66\u7814\u7a76\u300b\u7b49\u5b66\u672f\u671f\u520a\u3002\u5979\u7684\u8fd1\u671f\u7814\u7a76\u5305\u62ec\u57ce\u5e02\u66f4\u65b0\u4e2d\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u53c2\u4e0e\u3001\u57ce\u4e61\u95f4\u9699\u7a7a\u95f4\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n

Dr. Cai\u2019s research focuses on urban and neighborhood governance, urban renewal, and urban-rural integration, using a mixed-methods approach that combines both qualitative and quantitative methods. She has served as a principal investigator on several research grants, including those funded by the National Social Science Foundation of China and the Hong Kong Research Grants Council. Her work has been published in academic journals such as Urban Studies, Cities, Urban Geography, the Journal of Asian Public Policy, and Sociological Study (Chinese). Her recent research interests include social participation in urban renewal and rural-urban interstitial spaces.<\/p>\n

\u4e0eIACP\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\uff08Relationship with IACP\uff09<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u81ea\u5b66\u751f\u65f6\u4ee3\u8d77\uff0c\u8521\u535a\u58eb\u5c31\u662f IACP \u957f\u671f\u7684\u6d3b\u8dc3\u6210\u5458\uff0c\u79ef\u6781\u53c2\u52a0\u4e0e\u652f\u6301IACP\u5e74\u4f1a\u4ee5\u53ca\u76f8\u5173\u7ebf\u4e0a\u7ebf\u4e0b\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n

Since her student days, Dr. Cai has been an active, long-standing member of the IACP, regularly participating in and supporting its annual conferences and various related online and in-person events.<\/p>\n
