\u7530\u5149\u535a\u58eb\u662f\u72b9\u4ed6\u5927\u5b66\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u7cfb\u52a9\u7406\u6559\u6388\u3001\u79d1\u5b66\u8ba1\u7b97\u4e0e\u6210\u50cf\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u7814\u7a76\u5458\u3002\u52a0\u5165\u72b9\u4ed6\u5927\u5b66\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u7530\u535a\u58eb\u66fe\u62c5\u4efb\u65b0\u5965\u5c14\u826f\u5927\u5b66\u526f\u6559\u6388\u5e76\u8d1f\u8d23\u5730\u7406\u4fe1\u606f\u7cfb\u7edf\u7814\u7a76\u751f\u8bc1\u4e66\u9879\u76ee\u3002\u5728\u65b0\u5965\u5c14\u826f\u5927\u5b66\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u7530\u535a\u58eb\u521b\u7acb\u4e86\u9762\u5411\u516c\u4ea4\u7684\u516c\u5e73\u793e\u533a\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08CETOC\uff09\uff0c\u8be5\u4e2d\u5fc3\u662f\u7f8e\u56fd\u4ea4\u901a\u90e8\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u5927\u5b66\u4ea4\u901a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002CETOC\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u901a\u8fc7\u4fc3\u8fdb\u4ea4\u901a\u4fbf\u5229\u3001\u591a\u5f0f\u8054\u8fd0\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u3001\u7d27\u51d1\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u571f\u5730\u5229\u7528\u6a21\u5f0f\u4ee5\u53ca\u97e7\u6027\u548c\u6c14\u5019\u9002\u5e94\u80fd\u529b\u6765\u4fdd\u62a4\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n

Guang Tian, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of City and Metropolitan Planning and a faculty member of the Scientific Computing and Imaging Institute at the University of Utah. Before joining the University of Utah, Dr. Tian was an Associate Professor and coordinator of the GIS Graduate Certificate at the University of New Orleans, where he founded the Center for Equitable Transit-Oriented Communities (CETOC), a U.S. Department of Transportation-designated University Transportation Center. CETOC focuses on preserving the environment by promoting transit access, multimodal infrastructure, compact and efficient land use patterns, as well as resilience and climate adaptation.<\/p>\n

\u7530\u535a\u58eb\u7684\u5b66\u672f\u7814\u7a76\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u901a\u8fc7\u501f\u9274\u5386\u53f2\u3001\u5206\u6790\u5f53\u524d\u8d8b\u52bf\u548c\u89c4\u5212\u672a\u6765\uff0c\u4e3a\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u521b\u9020\u9ad8\u6548\u3001\u5065\u5eb7\u3001\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u4e14\u53ef\u8d1f\u62c5\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u5efa\u7b51\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7530\u535a\u58eb\u5df2\u5728\u4ea4\u901a\u3001\u89c4\u5212\u548c\u5730\u7406\u7b49\u9886\u57df\u7684\u5b66\u672f\u671f\u520a\u53d1\u8868\u8bba\u658740\u4f59\u7bc7\u3002\u4ed6\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u5411\u5305\u62ec\u571f\u5730\u5229\u7528\u4e0e\u4ea4\u901a\u89c4\u5212\u3001\u51fa\u884c\u884c\u4e3a\u4e0e\u5efa\u7b51\u73af\u5883\u3001\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u4e0e\u6c14\u5019\u3001\u57ce\u5e02\u6570\u636e\u79d1\u5b66\u4e0e\u5206\u6790\uff08\u7edf\u8ba1\u5b66\u3001GIS\u3001\u673a\u5668\u5b66\u4e60\u3001\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u7b49\uff09\u30022024\u5e74\uff0c\u7530\u535a\u58eb\u88ab\u6388\u4e88\u5317\u7f8e\u5927\u5b66\u89c4\u5212\u9662\u6821\u534f\u4f1a\uff08ACSP\uff09\u65b0\u9510\u5b66\u8005\u5956\u3002<\/p>\n

Dr. Tian\u2019s scholarship promotes the creation of efficient, healthy, sustainable, and affordable urban built environments for everyone by learning from history, analyzing current trends, and planning for the future.<\/p>\n

Dr. Tian has published over 40 peer-reviewed articles in leading journals in transportation, planning, and geography. His research interests focus on land use and transportation planning, travel behavior and the built environment, sustainability and climate, and urban data science and analytics, including statistics, GIS, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. He received the 2024 ACSP Rising Scholar Award from the Association of Collegiate Schools of Planning.<\/p>\n

\u4f5c\u4e3aIACP\u7684\u957f\u671f\u4f1a\u5458\uff0c\u7530\u535a\u58eb\u4ece\u8be5\u7ec4\u7ec7\u53d7\u76ca\u532a\u6d45\u3002\u73b0\u5728\uff0c\u4ed6\u5e0c\u671b\u901a\u8fc7\u62c5\u4efb\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a\u6210\u5458\u6765\u56de\u9988\u534f\u4f1a\uff0c\u4e3a\u6240\u6709\u4f1a\u5458\u8425\u9020\u4e00\u4e2a\u5145\u6ee1\u6d3b\u529b\u3001\u4e92\u52a9\u4e92\u52a9\u7684\u793e\u533a\u3002<\/p>\n

Dr. Tian first attended the International Association for China Planning (IACP) annual conference in 2013 in Shanghai and has been actively involved ever since. He has participated in IACP\u2019s annual meetings, business meetings at ACSP, and gatherings at TRB. Notably, he received IACP\u2019s 2014 Travel Award and attended its 1st<\/sup> Planning Research and Career Development Symposium in 2022. He was recently elected to the IACP Board of Directors (2025-2027) and nominated as Chair of IACP Annual Conference.<\/p>\n

As a long-time IACP member, Dr. Tian has greatly benefited from the organization. He now seeks to give back by serving on the board and fostering a lively, supportive community for all members.<\/p>\n
