\u738b\u6653\u68a6\u535a\u58eb\u73b0\u4efb\u6d59\u6c5f\u5927\u5b66\u516c\u5171\u7ba1\u7406\u5b66\u9662\u767e\u4eba\u8ba1\u5212\u7814\u7a76\u5458\u3002\u5979\u4e8e<\/span>2023\u5e74\u6bd5\u4e1a\u4e8e\u6e05\u534e\u5927\u5b66\u516c\u5171\u7ba1\u7406\u5b66\u9662\uff0c\u83b7\u7ba1\u7406\u5b66\u535a\u58eb\u5b66\u4f4d\uff0c\u540c\u5e74\u52a0\u5165\u6d59\u6c5f\u5927\u5b66\u3002\u5979\u5177\u6709\u516c\u5171\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u4eba\u6587\u5730\u7406\u4e0e\u57ce\u4e61\u89c4\u5212\u7684\u4ea4\u53c9\u5b66\u672f\u80cc\u666f\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u4ece\u4e8b\u57ce\u5e02\u793e\u4f1a\u878d\u5408\u3001\u793e\u533a\u6cbb\u7406\u4e0e\u57ce\u5e02\u5927\u6570\u636e\u5206\u6790\u7b49\u9886\u57df\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4e0e\u6559\u5b66\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Xiaomeng Wang is an Assistant Professor in the School of Public Affairs at Zhejiang University. She received her Ph.D. from the School of Public Policy and Management at Tsinghua University in 2023. With an interdisciplinary academic background in public management, human geography, and urban and rural planning, her research and teaching focus on urban social cohesion, neighborhood governance, and urban big data analytics.<\/p>\n

Dr. Wang\u2019s research focuses on migrants, civic engagement, community development, and inclusive governance, with particular attention to social equity in urban governance. She combines large-scale spatiotemporal behavioral data, including mobile phone signaling data, with fieldwork materials accumulated over time, developing a research approach that integrates \u201cbig data\u201d and \u201cthick data.\u201d Her work systematically examines how urban spaces shape individuals\u2019 everyday behavior, how everyday behavior influences social interaction and intergroup integration, and how these micro-level processes, in turn, generate governance outcomes. Her research has been published in leading Chinese and international journals, including Landscape and Urban Planning<\/i>,Cities<\/i>, Acta Geographica Sinica<\/i>, and City Planning Review<\/i>. In recent years, she has served as principal investigator for multiple projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province. Dr. Wang also actively translates her research findings into urban governance practice. She is a co-inventor on a granted Chinese invention patent and serves as a trainer and project advisor for grassroots community governance initiatives in Hangzhou.<\/p>\n

\u738b\u535a\u58eb\u81ea\u535a\u58eb\u5b66\u4e60\u9636\u6bb5\u8d77\u79ef\u6781\u53c2\u4e0e<\/span>IACP\u7684\u5b66\u672f\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u5e76\u591a\u6b21\u5728<\/span>IACP\u5e74\u4f1a\u4e0a\u62a5\u544a\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u3002<\/span>2024\u5e74\uff0c\u5979\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6d59\u6c5f\u5927\u5b66\u56e2\u961f\u6210\u5458\u53c2\u4e0e\u627f\u529e\u7b2c<\/span>18\u5c4a<\/span>IACP\u5e74\u4f1a\uff0c\u5e76<\/span>\u79ef\u6781\u53c2\u4e0e<\/span>\u7edf\u7b79\u548c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7b2c\u4e09\u5c4a\u57ce\u5e02\u7814\u7a76\u9752\u5e74\u5b66\u8005\u5b66\u672f\u5199\u4f5c\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\u30022026<\/span>\u5e74\u5e74\u4f1a\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u5979\u8fd8\u62c5\u4efb\u4e86\u5199\u4f5c\u574a\u7684\u7279\u9080\u5609\u5bbe\uff0c\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e86\u5c0f\u7ec4\u8ba8\u8bba<\/span>\u5206\u4eab\u5b66\u672f\u5199\u4f5c\u7ecf\u9a8c\u3002<\/p>\n

Dr. Wang has been actively involved in IACP\u2019s academic activities since her doctoral studies and has presented her research at multiple IACP annual conferences. In 2024, as a member of the Zhejiang University team, she actively contributed to hosting the 18th IACP Annual Conference and organizing the Third Academic Writing Workshop for Junior Urban Scholars. During the 2026 annual conference, she also served as an invited discussant at the writing workshop, participating in group discussions and sharing her experience in academic writing.<\/p>\n
