More than 60 Chinese scholars joined the event. Prof. Jason Cao, the inaugurated IACP chair, made a brief speech. He thanked all members and friends to IACP, declaring that the IACP could note have achieved its present-day success without their support. On behalf of the new board of directors, he thanked the hard work by members of the 2013-2015 board.
