The International Association for China Planning (IACP) is pleased to announce the 2022 IACP Rising Scholar Award (青年学者奖). This award recognizes a junior faculty member who has demonstrated an outstanding research record in the broad area of urban planning and development in China. The winner will be announced at the IACP annual conference in Wuhan China, June 23-27, 2022. Along with an award certificate, the winner will also receive a prize of US $500 or Chinese RMB of an equivalent value.
To be eligible for this award, the applicant must be:
- a non-tenured lecturer or assistant professor (postdocs do not qualify);
- an author for a paper that has been accepted for presentation at the 16th IACP conference;

All submitted applications will be evaluated by a review committee selected by the IACP Award committee.
