IACP 2024 Conference Registration

The 18th IACP Conference is scheduled to take place from July 5-8, 2024, at Zhejiang University (ZJU). All the participants are expected to attend the conference in person.

Registration deadline

Early bird registration: April 12 – May 5, 2024

General registration: May 6 – 20, 2024

Please register by the deadline to ensure your paper(s) is included in the conference program.

Registration Platform

Please note that we have two registration platforms for this year’s conference.

1. IACP Platform: Exclusively for overseas participants who study, work, or live outside of China.

   2. For any questions regarding your registration on the IACP Platform, please contact IACP at iacp.conf@gmail.com.
2. ZJU Platform: For participants in China, including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

   2. Please use your WeChat to open the link. If you encounter any issues with this platform, contact our local host Zhejiang University at iacpconference2024@163.com.
3. Payment
   1. Registration fee: Overseas participants pay their registration fees to IACP when filling out the registration from on IACP’s website. Participants in China (including Hong Kong, Macau, & Taiwan) pay their registration fees to Zhejiang University. Please check the instruction of conference registration and fee payment below.
   2. If you are not sure about your IACP membership status, you can check it at IACP’s website: http://www.china-planning.org/member/login.php

* “IACP Member” refers to those who have their membership paid by February 1, 2024.

4. Detailed instructions for registration at Zhejiang University’s platform

The ZJU Platform is only for attendees who work/study in China (including Hong Kong, Macau, & Taiwan).

1. 1. Registration Form: please register using the survey (https://www.wjx.cn/vm/rQoigrm.aspx). In addition to some personal information, you will be asked to provide abstract IDs when filling out the registration form. Please include the ID of your accepted papers. The abstract ID can be found in the notification email of the paper acceptance that we sent to you in April. Please note that one participant can only register for one paper, but multiple authors may register with the same paper.
   2. Before filling in the registration page, please pay your registration fee via Zhejiang University’s own fee payment platform: http://pay.zju.edu.cn/payment/login.jsp. After you pay, please save a screenshot of your payment voucher and upload it via the registration link.
   3. Please be noted that if you want to cancel your registration due to personal reasons, please submit a refund application to iacpconference2024@163.com before May 20, 2024. The registration fee is not refundable after May 20, 2024.
   4. Please contact our local Zhejiang University host at iacpconference2024@163.com if you have any problems with this platform (including the invoice).

浙大平台注册说明

浙大微信注册平台：http://pay.zju.edu.cn/payment/login.jsp

1. 在中国（包括港澳台）工作学习的参会者通过浙大提供的平台注册并在浙大提供的账号缴费。会议拟在浙江大学主校区举办。
2. 注册填写注意事项：您在线填写注册信息时，请务必提供您论文的Abstract ID。如果Abstract ID在注册表中漏填或者缺失，我们将无法安排您的论文报告。您可以在四月份发出会议论文接收邮件通知中找到Abstract ID。注意：一位参会者最多只能为一篇论文注册。
3. 填写注册页面信息前请先通过浙江大学缴费平台完成会议注册费缴纳，并保存缴费凭证截图。缴费平台链接为：http://pay.zju.edu.cn/payment/login.jsp
4. 如需办理注册费退费，请于5月20号前向iacpconference2024@163.com联系提出退费申请。之后将不再办理退费业务。退费将按一定的流程进行办理，对因此可能给您带来的麻烦，我们感到非常抱歉。
5. 如果您在浙大注册缴费遇到问题（包括发票问题）, 请发邮件至iacpconference2024@163.com。

7. 浙江大学缴费平台流程说明：缴费链接：http://pay.zju.edu.cn/payment/login.jsp

第一步：点开链接，点击“注册”。

第二步：注册用户。请注意：①请务必填写电子邮件及联系电话；②IACP会员需将会员ID注册为用户号，其余人员可随机注册。

第三步：选择缴费项目。请根据您的身份和会员情况选择不同的缴费项目。

第四步：填写发票抬头。注意：会议发票将发送至注册时填写的邮箱内。

第五步：完成缴费，请务必截屏保存，填写会议注册问卷并上传缴费证明截屏（https://www.wjx.cn/vm/rQoigrm.aspx）。
