关成贺（ChengHe Guan, Ph.D.）

关成贺博士现任纽约大学上海分校城市科学与政策助理教授、纽约大学瓦格纳学院全球网络助理教授，同时担任上海市城市设计与科学重点实验室（LOUD）联合创始主任。他亦担任纽约大学坦顿工程学院及华东师范大学生态与环境科学学院博士生导师，并受聘为联合国训练研究所（UNITAR）上海繁荣联盟办公室工作委员会委员，致力于推动城市科学研究、可持续发展与全球城市治理的学术交流与合作。关博士于哈佛大学城市规划与设计系先后获得博士与硕士学位。
Dr. ChengHe Guan is an Assistant Professor of Urban Science and Policy at New York University (NYU) Shanghai and Global Network Assistant Professor at NYU Wagner. Dr. Guan is the founding co-director of the Shanghai Key Laboratory of Urban Design and Urban Science (LOUD). He serves as Ph.D. supervisor at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering and the School of Ecology and Environmental Sciences at East China Normal University. Additionally, he serves as a working committee member of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) Prosperity Alliance Office in Shanghai. Dr. Guan received both his doctoral and master’s degrees from the Department of Urban Planning and Design, Harvard University.

关博士的研究聚焦于城市形态与绿色基础设施规划的空间分析，主要围绕三个相互关联的主题展开：（1）人工智能驱动的城市空间与数字分析；（2）基于城市感知技术的蓝绿基础设施分析；（3）气候适应型城市发展与模拟。他的研究成果已发表于国际顶尖学术期刊，包括《Nature Communications》《Scientific Data》《npj Urban Sustainability (Nature Portfolio)》《Communications Earth & Environment (Nature Portfolio)》《Journal of Planning Education and Research》《Journal of the American Planning Association》《Landscape and Urban Planning》《Environment and Planning B: Urban Analytics and City Science》《Cities》。关博士于2024年获评浦东“明珠人才计划”领军人才（新能源与材料类别，城市科学方向）；2023年入选上海市高校“东方学者”特聘教授（城乡空间规划学科）；2022年入选国家外国专家局“海外青年人才计划”，并荣获国际中国规划学会（IACP）“新锐学者奖”。
Dr. Guan’s research focuses on spatial analytics of urban morphology and green infrastructure planning, organized around three interconnected themes: (1) AI-enhanced urban spatial and digital analytics; (2) Blue-green infrastructure analytics with urban sensing techniques; and (3) Climate-adaptive city development and simulation. His work has been published in leading academic journals, including Nature Communications, Scientific Data, npj Urban Sustainability (Nature Portfolio), Communications Earth & Environment (Nature Portfolio), Journal of Planning Education and Research, Journal of the American Planning Association, Landscape and Urban Planning, Environment and Planning B: Urban Analytics and City Science, and Cities. In 2024, Dr. Guan was awarded the Leading scheme of Pudong Pearl Program in the field of urban science, under the category of new energy and materials. In 2023, he was named Distinguished Professor of Eastern Scholar in the field of urban and rural spatial planning by the Shanghai Institutions of Higher Education. In 2022, he was selected for the National Foreign Young Talents Program by the State Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs of China and received IACP Rising Scholar Award.

关博士于2013年至2017年担任理事会秘书。2015年至2017年及2017年至2019年期间，他连续两届担任学生代表；2019年至2021年再次当选为教师理事会成员，并兼任传播委员会主席。
Dr. Guan served as Secretary of the Board of Directors from 2013 to 2017. He was elected as a student representative for two terms (2015-2017 and 2017-2019), and was later re-elected as a faculty member of the Board of Directors, serving as Chair of the Communication Committee from 2019 to 2021.
