IACP 2026 Conference Registration Guidelines

The 20th IACP Conference is scheduled to take place from July 10-12, 2026, at Chang’an University (CHD). All the participants are expected to attend the conference in person.

1. Registration Deadline 

• Early bird registration: March 25 – April 30, 2026
• General registration: May 1- May 15, 2026

NOTE: Please register by April 30, 2026 to ensure your paper(s) is included in the conference program.

2. Registration Platforms 

Please note that we have two registration platforms for this year’s conference.

1. IACP Platform: Exclusively for overseas participants who study, work, or live outside of China.
   • Platform Link: http://www.china-planning.org/member/login.php. Entering the membership system and select “register 2026 conference” at the left side bar.
   • For any questions regarding your registration on the IACP Platform, please contact IACP at iacp.conf@gmail.com.

1. CHD Platform: For participants in China, including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
   • Please use the following link to register the conference: https://v.wjx.cn/vm/rwW0uA7.aspx#
   • When you register, please check your IACP membership status (you will be asked to upload the proof of your IACP membership if you pay the discounted conference registration fee)
   • Before you register, please make sure you have paid the correct conference registration fee. You will be asked to upload a proof of your conference registration fee payment (you may find detailed instructions about fee payment below).
   • Please use your WeChat to open the link. If you encounter any issues with this platform, contact our local host Chang’an University at iacpconference2026@163.com.

3. Payment 

3.1 Registration fee:

Overseas participants pay their registration fees to IACP when filling out the registration from on IACP’s website. Participants in China (including Hong Kong, Macau, & Taiwan) pay their registration fees to Chang’an University.

Please check the instruction of conference registration and fee payment below.

* “IACP Member” refers to those who have active membership status as of March 31, 2026.

3.2 IACP membership status:

If you are not sure about your IACP membership status, you can check it at IACP’s website: http://www.china-planning.org/member/login.php

4. Detailed Instructions for Registration at Chang’an University’s Platform 

Note: The Chang’an University’s Platform is only for attendees who work/study in China (including Hong Kong, Macau, & Taiwan).  Please follow the step-by-step guidelines below.

4.1 Step 1: Pay your registration fee

Before filling in the registration page, please pay your registration fee via Chang’an University’s own fee payment platform (please scan the following QR code):

Important Notes:

• After you pay, please save a screenshot of your payment voucher and upload it via the registration link (https://v.wjx.cn/vm/rwW0uA7.aspx#).
• Please verify that the payment amount is correct, and indicate the name of participant for whom the payment is made. If you pay the registration fee as an IACP member and/or a student, you will be asked to upload documents of proof when you fill out the registration survey form).
• If you need to make payments for multiple participants, please ensure that each payment is made separately.

4.2 Step 2: Fill out the registration form:

After paying the registration fee, please register for the conference using the survey link (https://v.wjx.cn/vm/rwW0uA7.aspx#). Note that your conference registration will only be completed after you pay the registration fee AND fill out the registration form.

Important Notes:

• If you are presenting your accepted paper at the conference, you will be asked to provide the abstract ID and title of your accepted paper when filling out the registration form. Please include the ID of your accepted papers. The abstract ID can be found in the notification email of the paper acceptance that we sent to you in late March.
• Please note that one participant can only register for and present one paper at the conference, but multiple authors may register with the same paper as presenters, or co-authors may register as non-presenters.
• If you are an IACP member, please indicate your membership status and upload proof of membership when completing the registration form. You must be an active member registered on or before March 31, 2026, meaning your membership must be valid starting no later than March 31, 2026. You can check your IACP membership status here: http://www.china-planning.org/member/login.php.
• If you are registering as a student, you will be asked to upload proof of your student status.

4.3 Registration fee refunds

Please be noted that if you want to cancel your registration due to personal reasons, please submit a refund application to iacpconference2026@163.com before April 30, 2026.  (Registrations cancelled before April 30, 2026 are eligible for a full refund of the registration fees paid. Registrations cancelled between May 1 – 15, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid. Registration fee is not refundable after May 15, 2026.)
