Dear IACP members:
Beijing Jiaotong University will offer lodging awards to four student members during June 29-July 3, 2016. To be eligible for this award, the applicant must be an active IACP student member, having paid the 2016 membership fee by February 1st, 2016, whose abstract has been accepted for the 10th IACP conference in Beijing from June 30 – July 3, 2016. Although a full paper is not required to attend the conference, preference of this award will be given to applicants who submit a full paper by May 1st, 2016. Note: this is not a cash award; BJTU will pay Hong Guo Yuan (红果园) Hotel on BJTU campus directly; a room will be shared by two same-sex students.
To be considered for this award, all applicants must submit an application form to http://www.chinaplanning.org/form/award/ by May 1st, 2016. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered for an award. The results of the award will be announced around May 15th, 2016. The awardees must attend and make presentation(s) at the conference in order to receive the award in Beijing.
