卢婷婷 (Tingting Lu, Ph.D.)

2016年获得伦敦大学学院城市规划博士学位,2017年至今任职于上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院,担任公共经济与社会政策系副系主任, 兼任中国城市治理研究院双聘研究员。

Tingting Lu received her doctoral degree of urban planning from Bartlett School of Planning in University College London in 2016. She has become a faculty member of School of International and Public Affairs in Shanghai Jiao Tong University since 2017. She is also a researcher in China Institute for Urban Governance in Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

研究方向与社会贡献  (Research direction and social contribution)

主要研究领域包括:城市与社区治理、住房发展、城市更新等。主持上海市哲学社会科学、上海市浦江人才计划,北大–林肯中心城市发展与土地政策等研究基金。研究成果在《Urban Studies》《Geoforum》《Urban Geography》《Urban Policy and Research》等学术期刊发表,出版专著《中国门禁社区的发展与治理》。近期研究包括封闭式社区治理、多元主体社区治理、住房金融化发展、住房空间结构演变等。负责《城市规划原理》《城市文明的历史与未来》《大型城市项目的比较》等专业课程。指导学生参与大学生城市治理案例挑战赛获得全国冠军。

Her research interests include urban and neighbourhood governance, housing development, and urban regeneration. She has been a principal investigator of a few research grants, including Shanghai Philosophy and Social Science Research Fund, Shanghai Pujiang Programme, and Peking University–Lincoln Institute Center Research Fund. Her work has been published in Urban Studies, Geoforum, Urban Geography and Urban Policy and Research. She has a published monograph on The Development and Governance of Gated Communities in China (in Chinese). Her recent research projects include governance of gated communities, participation in neighbourhood governance, fiancialisation of rental housing, spatial structural change of housing. She is the course instructor of Principles of Urban Planning, Urban History and Future, and Mega-Urban Projects and Comparisons. She is the supervisor of the national champion team of the Fifth College Student Case Study Competition of City Governance.
