汤俊卿（Dr. Junqing Tang)

汤俊卿是北京大学城市规划与设计学院助理教授、研究员、博士生导师、中国地理信息产业协会智慧国土专委会委员、国际地理联合会（IGU）风险与灾害专委会成员、中国灾害防御协会规划与标准专委会成员、中国地理学会会员。他曾在英国剑桥大学从事博士后工作，于2021年加入北京大学，现任北京大学自然资源部陆表系统与人地关系重点实验室建设办公室主管、Humanities & Social Sciences Communications期刊编委，Cities等主流期刊专刊客座编辑。他先后获得瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院环境系统科学博士学位、英国帝国理工学院及英国伦敦大学学院联培交通运输硕士学位、英国卡迪夫大学建筑工程学士学位。

Dr. Junqing Tang is currently a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Department of Urban Planning and Design at Peking University. He is also appointed as the manager of the Key Laboratory of Earth Surface System and Human-Earth Relations (Ministry of Natural Resources of China), the special issue editor of top journals such as Cities, and the editorial board member of Humanities & Social Sciences Communications. Before joining Peking University in 2021, he was a Post-doctoral Research Associate at the University of Cambridge. Dr. Tang received his Dr.Sc. in Environmental Systems Science from ETH Zürich, M.Sc. in Transport from Imperial College London and University College London, and B.Eng. in Architectural Engineering from Cardiff University.

研究方向与社会贡献（Research Direction and social contribution)

汤俊卿的研究兴趣聚焦韧性城市与风险相关课题，围绕全球超大城市对高效应急、高韧性发展与数字赋能智慧转型的实际需求，关注如何利用数字化技术来打造宜居、韧性、安全的城市及区域系统。目前，他领导的团队致力于打造高精度城市数字孪生平台用于防灾减灾规划与相关政策决策支撑。研究成果主要发表在Transportation Research Part C、D、Cities 、Reliability Engineering and System Safety、Journal of Transport Geography、International Journal of Disaster Risk Reduction等国际知名期刊。

Dr. Tang’s research is focusing on urban resilience and resilience-allied topics. He focuses on constructing efficient, resilient cities and endeavors to address questions such as how digitization can help achieve this ambitious goal. Currently, he is leading his team to build a highly precise digital twin platform for disaster prevention and planning and supporting the policy- and decision-making involved in this course. His research has been published in top-tier international journals, such as Transportation Research Part C & D, Cities, Reliability Engineering and System Safety, and the International Journal of Disaster Risk Reduction.

汤俊卿曾多次组织、参加国际学术交流会议，在广东省城乡规划与设计研究院、新加坡国防实验室、瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院未来城市实验室、日本东京大学韧性工程研究室等机构做特邀主题报告。他依托北京大学自然资源部陆表系统与人地关系重点实验室平台成立了”韧性城市与可持续发展”实验室（www.junqingtang.cn）。曾获2020年国家优秀自费留学生奖、第十九届COTA国际交通科技年会最佳论文奖及其他各类科研、教学奖项，并于2021年入选深圳市海外高层次人才引进计划。

Dr. Tang has held or participated in many international conferences and has been invited to deliver keynote speeches at many institutions, including the Institute of Guangdong Urban & Rural Planning and Design, DSO National Laboratories Singapore, ETH Future City Lab, and Resilient Engineering Lab at the University of Tokyo. He founded the “Resilient Cities and Sustainable Development” lab with the support of the Key Laboratory of Earth Surface System and Human-Earth Relations at Peking University. He acquired many research awards and teaching honors, including the Shenzhen Overseas High-level Talents award (2021).
