程龙是东南大学交通学院副教授,他曾在香港理工大学土木及环境工程学系、比利时根特大学地理系参与博士后研究工作。他获得东南大学交通运输工程博士学位和东南大学交通运输学士学位。

Dr. Long Cheng is an associate professor in the School of Transportation at Southeast University. He was previously a postdoctoral researcher at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Ghent University. Dr. Cheng received his Ph.D. in Transport Engineering, and B.Eng. in Transport & Traffic both from Southeast University.

程龙的研究方向包括综合交通枢纽规划设计、交通与土地利用、共享出行、出行行为建模等。程龙作为项目主持人或主要参与者曾参与过由国家科学技术部、国家自然科学基金委、欧盟研究理事会(ERC)、比利时弗兰德研究基金会(FWO)等资助的多个研究项目。相关研究成果发表在Transportation Research Part APart CPart DIEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation SystemsTransportationJournal of Transport GeographyCities等国际学术期刊。多篇论文入选ESI高被引论文。程龙现任美国土木工程师学会(ASCE)出行响应与服务委员会国际委员、世界交通运输大会(WTC)城市多模式交通网络规划技术委员会委员、国际交通行为研究学会会员、世界交通与土地利用研究会会员、国际中国城市规划学会会员。同时担任Travel Behaviour and Society副主编、Journal of Transport GeographyJournal of Transport and Land Use编委。

Dr. Cheng’s research interests include transport hub planning and design, transport and land use, shared mobility, and travel behaviour modelling. Dr. Cheng has been involved in research projects funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the European Research Council, and the Research Foundation – Flanders (FWO), Belgium. He has published in various international peer-reviewed journals, including Transportation Research Part A, Part C, Part D, IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, Transportation, Journal of Transport Geography and Cities. Several articles have been selected as ESI highly cited papers. Currently, he is a committee member of Mobility on Demand and as a Service Committee of ASCE, committee member of Urban Multimodal Transport Network Planning Committee of WTC, member of International Association for Travel Behaviour Research, World Symposium on Transport and Land Use Research, and International Association for China Planning. He serves as the associate editor of Travel Behaviour and Society, and an editorial board member of the Journal of Transport Geography and Journal of Transport and Land Use.

在科研之外,程龙致力于对研究成果的应用转化。他和团队共同完成了对中国(南京、苏州)、比利时(布鲁塞尔、根特)及英国(白金汉郡)等国家大都市区多模式交通评估与中长期规划。他在多模式交通规划、交通可达性方面的研究成果入选实现联合国可持续发展目标(SDGs)相关研究的精选论文,被写入中国国家行业技术标准。

Apart from engaging with the academic community, Dr. Cheng endeavours to apply research insights to practical decision-making. He has participated in the evaluation and long-term planning of multimodal transport systems for several metropolitan areas in China (Nanjing, Suzhou), Belgium (Ghent, Brussels), and the United Kingdom (Buckinghamshire). His research on multimodal transport planning and transport accessibility has been selected as a curated article for achieving the United Nations Sustainable Developments Goals, and included China’s national industrial technical standards.
