The 17^th IACP Annual Conference

Registration Policy

The 17th IACP Conference is scheduled to take place from June 28 to July 2, 2023, at Tianjin University (TJU, main campus in the Nankai District). It will be held in a hybrid format. All the participants in China (including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) will attend in person. The online option is only available for the participants who study, work, or live outside of China (overseas participants). Overseas participants can also choose to attend the conference in person.

1. Registration deadline

Early bird registration: April 26 – May 15, 2023

General registration: May 16 – 31, 2023

Please register by the deadline to ensure your paper(s) is included in the conference program.

2. Registration Platform

Please note that we have two registration platforms for this year’s conference.

The IACP Platform is for overseas participants who study, work, or live outside of China.

TJU Platform is for participants in China, including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

3. Payment

3.1 Registration fee:

Overseas participants pay their registration fees to IACP when filling out the registration fee on IACP’s website. Participants in China pay their registration fees to Tianjin University’s bank account as shown below.

* “IACP Member” refers to those who have their membership paid by February 1, 2023.

3.2 Participants in China pay their registration to Tianjin University. Before filling in the registration form, please pay your registration fee to the designated receiving account of the conference and save a screenshot of your payment voucher.

5. Detailed instructions for registration at Tianjin University’s platform

3.1 The TJU Platform is only for attendees who work/study in China (including Hong Kong, Macau, & Taiwan).

3.2 Registration Form: In addition to some personal information, you will be asked to provide abstract IDs when filling out the registration form. Please include ALL the IDs of your accepted papers (Please separate multiple IDs with commas when you register on the TJU Platform). The abstract ID can be found in the notification email of the paper acceptance that we sent to you in April.

3.3 Before filling in the registration page, please pay your registration fee to the designated receiving account of the conference and save a screenshot of your payment voucher.

3.4 Please be noted that if you want to cancel your registration due to personal reasons, please submit a refund application to TJU Platform before June 10, 2023. The registration fee is not refundable after June 10, 2023.

3.5 Please contact our local Tianjin University host at iacpconference2023@163.com if you have any problems with this platform (including the invoice).

1. 注册填写注意事项：您在线填写注册信息时，请务必提供您论文的Abstract ID（多个ID之间请用逗号隔开）。如果Abstract ID在注册表中漏填或者缺失，我们将无法安排您的论文报告。您可以在四月份发出会议论文接收邮件通知中找到Abstract ID。

1. 如需办理注册费退费，请于6月10号前向注册平台负责的联系账户提出退费申请。之后将不再办理退费业务。退费将按一定的流程进行办理，对因此可能给您带来的麻烦，我们感到非常抱歉。
