Tenure Track Assistant/Associate Professor of Human Geography, Historical Geography and Urban/Regional Planning and Design at Peking University

The College of Urban and Environmental Sciences at Peking University invites applications for 2 tenure track assistant/associate professor positions in Human Geography, Historical Geography and Urban/Regional Planning and Design beginning August 1st, 2016.

Required qualifications: (1) Ph.D. degree in related areas by August 2015; (2) Evidence of strong teaching excellence in world geography, urban economics, urban/regional planning, historical geography; (3) demonstrated strong potential for excellence in research. The college strongly encourages successful candidates to apply for the Young Qianren(青年千人).

Review of applications will begin March 1st, the review will continue until the positions are filled. Application materials should include a letter of interest, current curriculum vita, statement of teaching and research interests, three letters of recommendation and 3-5 first-authored representative publications.
