2016 IACP Best Student Paper Competition Announcement

The International Association for China Planning (IACP) is pleased to announce the IACP Best Student Paper Award Competition. This competition provides an award to the Chinese student who presents the best paper at the 10th IACP conference which will take place at Peking University (PKU) in Beijing, China, June 30-July 3, 2016.

To be eligible for this year’s award, the student must be:

1) a current student in a university in China; and
2) either the sole author or the lead author of a paper that has been accepted for presentation at the IACP-PKU conference.

The paper may deal with any aspect of urban planning and does not have to deal specifically with China planning.

To be considered for this award, please e-mail a full paper by May 1st, 2016, either in English or in Chinese, to the IACP Award committee led by Mengke Chen, mengkechen@gmail.com

All submitted papers will be evaluated by a review committee appointed by the IACP Award committee. The results of this competition will be announced at the conference in Beijing. The winner of this competition will present the paper at the conference and receive US $600. In the case of two winners, the winners will share the $600 prize.

The IACP Best Student Paper Award has been made by IACP membership fees and the generous support of conference sponsors.
