何伊伊 (Dr. Yiyi He)

何伊伊，博士，佐治亚理工城市与区域规划学院的助理教授。2016年毕业于南京大学，获城市规划学士学位；2016年就读加州大学伯克利分校，分别于2018、2022年获得地理信息科学与环境规划硕士和博士学位。在研究生学习期间，曾在Google[X] 公司、美国国家航空航天局、世界银行Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery、劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室和美国联邦航空管理局从事研究、咨询顾问等相关方面的工作。2022年就职于斯坦福大学地球物理学系，任博士后研究员。
Dr. Yiyi He is an assistant professor in the School of City and Regional Planning at Georgia Tech. She received her bachelor’s degree in city planning from Nanjing University and both her master’s and PhD degree in GISceince and environmental planning from University of California, Berkeley. Prior to joining Georgia Tech, Dr. He worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the Geophysics Department at Stanford University, an AI resident at Google[X], a PhD research intern at NASA, a consultant for the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery at the World Bank and a researcher for Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and Federal Aviation Administration Consortium in Aviation Operations Research.

何伊伊博士热衷于交叉学科的研究，涉及城市规划，地理信息科学、气候科学和人工智能等学科和专业领域。研究内容聚焦于气候变化引发的极端天气事件（例如洪水、野火、极端高温）对建成环境的关键组成部分（例如关键基础设施网络、社会弱势群体/社区）的影响，采用多学科交叉和数据驱动的研究方式，结合地理信息系统、网络科学、高光谱遥感、机器学习和空间统计等学科领域的核心方法技术，探究气候变化和网络韧性研究中的复杂问题，并深入剖析影响的不确定性和不对称性，为更智能的规划和政策方向提供新的解决思路。
Dr. Yiyi He’s research centers on the interdisciplinary fields of urban planning, GIScience, climate science, and artificial intelligence. She is interested in building a better understanding of the uncertainty and asymmetric impacts of climate-change-induced extreme weather events (e.g., flooding, wildfires, extreme heat) on critical components of the built environment (e.g., lifeline infrastructure networks, vulnerable neighborhoods). She leverages data-driven approaches, such as GIScience, network science, hyperspectral remote sensing, machine learning, and spatial statistics to tackle complex challenges in climate change and resilience research and to inform more intelligent planning and policy directives.

目前，何伊伊博士担任IACP理事，是IACP学术事务委员会、传播委员会和青年学者委员会成员。
Dr. Yiyi He is a board member of IACP. She is a part of the Academic Affairs Committee, the Communication Committee, and the Young Scholar Chapter/Committee.
