卞佳荷博士是辛辛那提大学规划学院景观建筑专业的助理教授，也是美国注册景观建筑师。她于2023年在德克萨斯A&M大学获得城市与区域科学博士学位。她还在德克萨斯A&M大学获得了景观建筑硕士学位，并在同济大学获得了景观建筑工学学士学位。

Dr. Jiahe Bian is an Assistant Professor of Landscape Architecture in the School of Planning at the University of Cincinnati. She is a licensed Professional Landscape Architect in the United States. Dr. Bian obtained her PhD degree in Urban and Regional Science from Texas A&M University in 2023. She also holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Landscape Architecture from Tongji University.
