李梅磬博士将于2024年8月起任职中佛罗里达大学公共管理学院城市与区域规划助理教授。李博士毕业于加州大学伯克利分校环境设计学院城市与区域规划系，并分别于宾夕法尼亚大学设计学院和香港大学建筑学院获得城市规划硕士和城市研究与经济学学士学位。她是美国注册规划师协会会员。

Dr. Meiqing Li will be joining the School of Public Administration at University of Central Florida as an Assistant Professor of Urban and Regional Planning in August 2024. Dr. Li received her Ph.D. in City and Regional Planning from University of California, Berkeley, Master of City Planning with a Certificate in GIS and Spatial Analysis from Stuart Weitzman School of Design, University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. in Urban Studies and Economics from the University of Hong Kong. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).

Dr. Li’s research explores the intersection of sustainable mobility, the built environment, and travel behavior, as well as the planning process in the United States and Asia. She experiments mixed method approaches with AI applications to understanding the nuances of plan implementation in a global context. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals such as Environment and Planning B: Urban Analytics and City Science, and Transportation Research Part A: Policy and Practices.

李博士一直积极参与IACP的活动。她是现任IACP理事会理事(2023-2025)、秘书和青年学者委员会成员。

Dr. Li has been active in activities by IACP. She currently serves as a Board Member (2023-2025), the Secretary, and a member of the Young Scholar Committee.
